The room had only one single chair. The only other seating possibility was on the bed. This was not helpful for sharing meals with a second person. The location ist located very close to a railway track and just opposite a childcare Center.

The room was located in the basement. Its windows had a view on a parking lot and a pre-school and kindergarten. The room was spacy, comfortable and quiet. Luckily the childcare facility was closed during holidays and the room was not situated on the noisy reverse side which faces the railway tracks. Everything was clean. The room was easily accessible from street level with an elevator. The kitchen cabinet was very well equipped with all necessary appliances.

When I checked under the bed as I tried ti find my kid toy, it was still dirty.

I really like 26 square meter room they offer and the kitchen. For me and my family, this hotel room is big enough and also the kitchen set helps us to warm food.

It seems the booking was done with an external booking system and my privat adress was inticated as USA Santa Clara, I have no idea how this can happen, but this was already the second time after booking with navan

Lighting in the room is very poor and maybe a daily cleaning would be great.

Very limited times when the reception is open. If you are unfortunate to arrive outside of the reception hours you would have to use another entrance that is not disabled-friendly and does not even have a slide to move up the suitcases. You'd have to learn to fly with your wheelchair/haul luggage a small but steep flight of stairs.

It's ok. A little low on the kitchen utensil side but otherwise ok.

The bed was too soft but that is subjective. 🙂 The room was at the level -1, that wasn't mentioned when booked.

The staff was polite and parking was in front of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped.

The only downside for us was that the room was so warm, and at night it was so hard to sleep. There was no Aircon (which I was not expecting) but no fan either. We did stay when the temperature was 30°c so I would say this comment would not be applicable all the time!

The room was great (so much room, clean and modern) and the staff very welcoming. They even leave some complimentary drinks in the room which was lovely touch! We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt - it was such a bargain for what we got. Although it was a little out of the city centre, it was a quick walk to either the train or tram which made it so accessible.

it was very warm in the room as there was no air conditioning

room was clean ne spacious . staff were wonderful . I had to keep extending my stay and it was no problem. on the final night of our stay, our flight was cancelled and we had to find other ways to go back home . Mr Michael helped us a lot with all unexpected changes including helping us to secure wheelchair assistance .

I was a solo female traveler .. going to an opening at the museum close by .. but was very scared walking home afterwards. it’s dark and lonely and I don’t think it would be safe to walk home on your own. this needs to be flagged up to solo travelers .could you do something to light the way and make it safer.

Check in can be 24/7, you call the number provided in front of the hotel door and they give you a password to retrieve your room card. This could be automatized to avoid waiting time on the phone call.

Free parking lot is a good advantage for the ones travelling by car. Hotel was clean and there was a good kitchenette in the room.

The only negative is that the hotel is by a train route so you can hear the trains passing by at night. Not too loud but still noticeable. Also, the location is behind a train barrier, making it time consuming to get into the main road and offices if you get stuck behind it.

The mattresses were very soft, so that was not so comfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom could close better.

The room was spacious, it had a small but very useful kitchenette. Everything was clean, it is specially nice that there was no carpet as it gets easily very dirty at hotels.

A little dust on the pull out table. There was a kitchen in the room, but not a grocery store in easy walking distance. Need to plan ahead.

Cute little appartment. Comfortable and functional. Thought was put into the design. The desk pulled out to make a larger table. The curtains were good at blocking the light. It's not in the center of Bonn, but it's a short walk to the train or the tram.
