We lost a key card and were charged 5 euros for it. It’s just a key. That was the only stain on our stay.

Everything about the place is great. Location is amazing and everything is brand new.

Although I loved the look of the room, the shower in the middle of the room was surprising. Not as practical as I would have thought for a German hotel, but we made it work.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The restaurant was divine, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, the artwork/decor/garden was unique and beautifully done.

Hotel receptionist needs serious training in hospitality.

Not mad keen on the shower in the middle of the room - a bit awkward when staying for a family. But compared to the overall impact of the property this is a tiny thing!!!

The room was a little small but this was not an issue because of the way it took advantage of the great amenities.

Unique style room with large windows looking out on countryside, large natural wood carved desks and tables, and glass cylinder shower in center of bedroom. All features of the room were top class. Beds were comfortable and well positioned to take advantage of the view.

Loved everything, but would have appreciated a small couple of adds..a mini bar and air conditioning. The heat in the rooms is delicious, but not something I am used to sleeping with. An open door helped considerably though invited the snuggle of a random purring furry guest who found the bed as comfortable as I. My bad...i let him stay...he was awesome.

Breakfast was very good and the service excellent. We were checked in by Carmen, she was amazing, professional, friendly and courteous. Always helpful with every request. The restaurant was very accommodating and the food and it's presentation was exceptional. Excellent location to Oberamergau for the Passion Play. The hotel provided transportation to and from the hotel and play. The distance by car was 10 minutes. They also provided a meal during the intermission break of the play.

the only thing I didnt like was that there were a few flies in the dining room when we ate breakfast. A strategically placed sticky insect mat or something like that would help with this problem.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, silent and beautiful. The room was very comfortable, provided with kettle and coffee machine also. The staff was very polite, dinner was FANTASTIC, breakfast was delicious. We really suggest the Lartor Boutique Hotel if you're searching for comfort, relax and great food. We wish we'll be ablo to return if the future.

This hotel was amazing. Peaceful and calm, and the staff was exceptional. They made an effort to acknowledge you each day and the waitress/server in the morning was fantastic! The hotel concept is pretty neat- there are only 12 rooms I believe so it's quiet and in a secluded area. I loved being able to walk my dog in the trails behind the hotel. Restaurant was delicious, just make sure you have time to savor the experience as food is prepared to perfection.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all possible ways and forms. First of all personnel was very helpful. Second the hotel room is designed to explore panoramic view of the Alps. Interior of the room is astonishing. Great breakfast choice with picturesque panorama is worth every single cent you pay for the room. I was quite surprised as this was the only hotel that had provided all necessary items for the dog. Other hotels only charge for the dog but here we received bowls for food and water, a poop bag and blanket for the dog. If I'll ever come back to this region I will definitely come back to this hotel. I have stayed in at least 5 hotels in this area and can honestly say that this is the best hotel. Looking forward to come back again one day.
