How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

- We had 3 Appartments and the aircondition didnt do its job. It was really warm. - the bed and also the sleeping couch is quite small. It was okay for one night and for small people - free parking spots were all in use, so we had to pay the 11 Euro

You need to be aware that the hotel is close to the airport. It can be noisy sometimes, especially if you want to sleep with the windows open.
Check-in was very fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed for a one night stay. We've used parking garage beside the hotel (11.2€ /day).

Room too small for 3 people.
Everything ok. Standard typical for this type of hotel. Close to the airport, but no noise. Good breakfasts. Possibility to park for free if there are free spaces. Helpful staff.

The central heating marked 25 degrees Celsius was unbearable. It could not be lowered in the rooms. That heavily impacted the quality of my family's sleep.
Great value for money! Regular sized clean bedrooms and great breakfast!

The airco didn't make sense to us. Didn't get it working.
The room was big enough, we really liked the early breakfast at 4:00-ish. Shower with superb water pressure and quick warm water.

I would like to recommend the Holiday Inn Express Bremen Airport for anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay near Bremen Airport. Here are some of the hotel's positive aspects that I experienced: Close proximity to the airport: The hotel is located very close to the airport terminal, making it ideal for catching early flights or after late arrivals. Clean and comfortable rooms: The rooms were modern and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a journey. Accommodating staff: My request for a baby crib was fulfilled promptly, which was greatly appreciated. Fair breakfast: While the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, it offered a good variety of fresh items to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bremen Airport was positive. The hotel provided a good value for the price, and I would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers, especially those with baby children.

Very small bed which meant my partner and I bumped into each other in our sleep, plus it was soft and we could feel the springs in the mattress. Very warm room because I didn't know or think that I had to turn the ventilation on first. The parking was expensive (€11,20 with hotel guest discount, €25 without discount). Not very nice that the parking had to be paid for 24 hours as soon as you exceeded 8 hours of parking.. but the parking was free after 8 pm until the morning, which would have been nice to know.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice room size and modern decor. Good parking (apart from the price).

I have no complaints regarding the rooms, the breakfast and the service provided. The staff werevery helpful and friendly.
The location of the hotel was perfect due to the proximity to the airport and the location where I was attending a course. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes to meet everyone's needs and the room was perfectly sutiable for my needs, very clean and comfortble. I did enjoy the option of not having the room cleaned on a daily basis.

Two fish moths in my room which wasn’t great. Would be great to have a way to have coffee and creamer replaced even if room isn’t being cleaned.
Lovely to have a full breakfast and great to have such a convenient location- right next to Thermo where I was working for the week

A charging station closeby
The room was so spacious with a small kitchen. Very clean! Loved the breakfast spread, many options to choose from and there were vegan options too! Would definitely stay here again!

The night was so warm and the automatic Ac was off. Nevertheless wasn't for a longer start. And still advice people to use the Hotel. Because, Its one of the best and very close to the airport.
Service personal were wonderful. Breakfast starts very early so everyone can be part of it. Thanks for the excellent breakfast.
