A great place to stay overnight with free coffee or tea to make at the reception. The room was clean and cozy. The benefit is to have free public transportation during the visit.

City location was very good within 5-7 minutes walk to Train Station. many restaurants and shops near by, free tea, coffee and chocolate drink are served by beverage machine in hotel lobby, good for guests come back hotel from outside cold weather.

The location. It's probably us arriving past midnight, but the city at night around the hotel is not recommended. It feels like a lot of shady people are out on the streets, most not completely sober. Finding a parking at night is a nightmare - they literally close the underground parkings for the night, by putting fences there, and other parkings require you to pay in an vending machine that takes no cards or bills, just coins. They offer to pay by app, but that didn't really work nicely or fast. We were lucky to find one that was free on a Sunday, but that was a huge quest. Whatever parking the hotel suggested to use is an underground expensive parking, so not really an option when arriving late.

The reception guy was very helpful, we were running late compared to what we originally indicated and had to call to tell them we're not going to make it by midnight. He spoke English and said it was fine. The room is comfortable and quiet big. Plenty of space for three people. Didn't try the breakfast, but there is a nice cafe 2 min from the hotel where they serve eggs and breakfast fast, so you can still make it back to checkout to 11:00.

There is no parking nearby, but if you listen carefully, they will tell you where to park (not to far) for 6€ a day.

The man at the reception desk, is really someone to be praised. Very professional, kind & warm personality, in perfect English.

It’s a VERY small point but the carpets are looking a bit shabby. Would make a huge difference if they were replaced

We always stay here whenever we’re in Wuppertal. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!! The rooms are huge clean and comfortable and the breakfast is just superb. Ask fantastic coffee!! The public transport pass is a great bonus. You can ride on the Schweberbahn all day!!!

it is a 2 minute walk to the parking garage,but easy to walk to.

the location of the hotel is really in the middle of the city, and also close to the Schwebebahn Hauftbahnhof. when we came to the hotel we received a ticket so when could use the schwebebahn(and other public transport) for free.

The hotel is perfecy located near the central station and a schwebebaan station, but it was perfecy quiet. We arrived early, but we could enter the room. We had a room for three, which. was very spacious, with a desk in a semi-separate room. The beds were excellent. We appreciated the trees and coffee facilities on the ground floor. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Think they need to do some basic housekeeping. The room was tired. Didn't like that there were no pillow or blanket protectors and the bed was quite small. Bedding wasn't great. It could have been cleaner too. It is not dirty though and I will come back again. The place just needs a little TLC.

This is a straight forward place with all the basics that one needs. Don't expect luxury. It is good value for money and the location is exactly what I needed. Breakfast was good. There is a coffee and tea making facility at reception. That was great and the coffee was fine.

Lighting in the room insufficient. Room size was very small but not very important. Didn't like to find insect traps under the bed.

Had a problem with the door lock, but it was resolved immediately without fuss. No bars close the hotel.

Breakfast was good value, and the coffee was good and kept coming with out asking. The room was quiet. Nice central location. The free city ticket was not explained. You could use it without going to the transport office.

The location is in the center, within walking distance from the main station. And the hotel offered me free tickets to the suspended train during my stay.
