It was hot in the room, for 2 Persons we gad 1 bed. The doors creak, the furniture is old

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're doing sightseeing around Munich. It's a good 30 minute ride from Munich Hauptbahnhof. However, the ride is really easy on the train so if you don't mind the 30 minute ride, the location is quiet and in a residential area which is really nice. The restaurant in the hotel has great food, but the breakfast in the morning was not all that yummy. I wasn't impressed.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The hairdryer in my room was broken and they happily gave me a new one. Also I forgot my phone charger and they even loaned me one to have! The hotel is right near the train station which was perfect since we were traveling to Munich for Oktoberfest and then leaving to go to the airport. It was close to the airport as well. We loved having a restaurant with the hotel because after a long day traveling around Munich, we didn't have to think about where to eat. The food in the restaurant was delicious! I was very impressed with the quality and it looks like a typical Bavarian alm - very charming and cute.

We were there during Oktoberfest. The bathroom was not clean (there was some other people hair in the bathtub). We went to have breakfast around 9.00 (they said breakfast is served until 10.30) and almost all the food was gone. There were many guests that came even later than us to have breakfast. Overall the infrastructure is old. Hotels ate expensive in Munchen (possibly even more expensive if toucaste going during Oktoberfest), but this hotel didn’t have a good value for money.

There was a staff member at the reception. He was really very rude.I really suggest this guy should not work as a hotelier at the reception counter of any hotel in this universe unless he has a good training. Because, he does not have any manner, any knowledge how to deal or talk with a hotel guest. He even did not tell me his name upon asking him 2 times.He was working there on 25th November in the evening shift.

There was no breakfast with the room as their restaurant was not in service. Room was good & big. Bed was nice & comfortable. But there was no housekeeping service everyday unless you ask for it.No electric kettle in the room. Even I could not get one upon request. As I was having cold problem in my throat & i was needed to drink hot water. Location was very good 3 minutes walk from the Unterfohring train station.

The picture showed a double bed but instead, we got teo single beds next to each other. The reception schedule is too short. The lack of a minibar or bar where we could ourchase water anytime was not appreciated.

They were overbooked and provide one room instead of two, which were already paid and confirmed. No compensation was offered, but they promise they will return the money for the second room. After two weeks of waiting, 3 emails, a lot of explanations, two phone calls, and dozen of messages via Booking, I still don't have my money back. Furthermore, they do not send me the promised Invoice. DISASTER, avid this place!!!

This was the only available hotel in the area, so I booked - it was a big mistake.

Old styled, bad smelling, family-owned hotel. Old Rooms. stinky furnitures. Communication mostly in German, no concierge after 21:00 (keys pick-up over a code), information only provided in German. The first day the breakfast was not offered (no reason, no explanation) but included in the bill. Breakfast anyway not really attractive. For the price payed, an experience, I wouldn't suggest at all.

the property is not very clean - there is a bad smell in the rooms - there was no fridge - the beds only had one pillow and the mattresses were below average - the hotel is not very well maintained there is no complementary water in the rooms and buying bottles required walking to the supermarket which is 10mn from the hotel.
