Clean but not 100% u would prefer at home and old, but still OK for a short stay (incredible cheap - so what would u expect?).

Nice location close to a station (Train & Bus). Cheapest possibility to stay.

elevator not working for weeks I guess and no one tries to repair it

The elevator wasn't working.. . There isn't a single sign saying where the reception is the lobby is empty, then you have to go to the first floor to check in. Not cleaned properly: a used floss was left on the bathroom sink, disgusting. There wasn't a bin in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The shower was bad: the shower head fell in my hands. Luckily, not on my head, controlling the water was confusing and bad. The buttons kept getting stuck, making the water extremely hot.

If you want to save money and dont care about anything else, then this is for you. The old design is pretty. The bed was comfortable. The curtains make the room really black and good for sleeping.

The Hotel although very clean was a little dated, but I think this was reflected in the price. I probably will stay there again, as I fairly dated myself. A pre warning of the major renovation work outside the hotel would have been appreciated. But this work had nothing to do with the hotel, but the east European workers supervised by Germans started work fairly early.

Everything went well as should do, it is in Germany after all. It is situated in an interesting multi cultural area, with most things to hand, and quite near a very scenic area, with many sights worth seeing. The location has excellent public transport connections.

Needs a renovation (floors, curtains, shades, matrices…), beds uncomfortable, no love in the facility (!)

Bathroom was good and clean, roomservice happened, directly at a u Bahn, supermarkets and bakery around.

Quite far, 20 minutes train ride from city center, and train did not come frequently. No hangers inside the bathroom to clothes

In the morning workers outside started to talk very load. I could not sleep after 6 am.

It would have perhaps been nice to have some breakfast included, but that's truthfully the only issue I had with my stay and I could easily just grab breakfast at nearby bakeries and stores.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities very clean! The staff was very kind and ready to answer any questions I had. The price was completely fair for the room. Despite being a bit of noise at night (which I could easily tune out), it was definitely on the quiet side.

Even though I chose a family, there was a 20 Euro bed fee. The furniture was very negative, the important thing is that the bed is comfortable, but you can feel the springs of the beds in your body. It's past time for them to throw the bed provided for the child in the trash. Breakfast has been removed, we looked for a place to have breakfast in the morning :(

Cleaning lady (seemed she was from Germany) came 5 minutes before check out time (I was preparing to leave the room in 3-4 minutes), complaining that I need to go because "they are waiting only for that room". So rude and unprofessional.
