It was our second stay at this wonderful hotel at New Year & it is still exceptional. The staff can't do enough and are so helpful and friendly. Being close to the transport system is very useful & within easy walking distance to all attractions in the area. The breakfasts are fabulous. I can't wait to be back there soon.

There is lot of construction going around the hotel. We were driving down and google map was unable to locate the hotel. It was frustrating and we had to speak with reception and they had to guide us the route. Otherwise all went well

Centrally located. Right in front of Munich central station. Walkable distance to many attractions. Station accessible walking through the sub way The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was not facing the street, therefore no much disturbance.

A beautiful hotel still retaining some old world elegance, which makes for a cozy and very comfortable stay. In addition, attached to the hotel is the restaurant Vinothek, which served magnificent meals and also provided a substantial wine list. The location was perfect for us, as it was only a short walk to Marienplatz and the Haupt Bahnfof. Breakfast in the delightful breakfast room is also certainly worth a mention. Overall we had a great stay and would always come back if we came back to Munich.

The side of the hotel our room resided was noisy with street cars going by at all hours. My parents' and brother's room were on a different side and much quieter. The lobby smelled like smoke from the outside and there is a lot of construction going on with a hotel that is abandoned across the street. The block on which it is located in that regard is unimpressive, but the proximity to the city center, shopping, and cultural institutions means that if the immediate surroundings were freshened up this would be a 10.

Room was nicely appointed, very clean, and with good quality furniture and finishes. The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff so nice and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful, though not terribly warm in their reception. The servers more than made up for any gaps. The location in relationship to the city center is wonderful being about 250 meters from the winter ice skating rink and pedestrian only boulevard and shopping. For the price, this is an incredible value.

As it’s was the Christmas holidays, technical services was bad. Both radiators were not working and we had to request for a portable heater.

Location but due the closure of Munich central station (on the side to the hotel), it’s a little more inaccessible especially if you are not familiar with the B1 and Exit A / B. We were assigned a large room which was good but no working radiators unfortunately. Thankfully we were provided a portable heater. I hv stayed and recommended this hotel to many friends

Immediately outside the hotel there are abandoned buildings and construction sites.

Rooms were beautiful, along with the hotel in general. Amenities are great and the staff were nice. Location is good, close to the Hbf.

There was too much noise from the hallway and we could hear water drainage from somewhere. When sitting on the toilet, you had to sit sideways or bump your knee on the vanity. There was no coffee in the rooms and, as far as we knew, no place else to get it unless you paid 25 euros per person for breakfast.

Only one folding stand to hold our 3 suitcases that we were living out of. The closet was small. Inadequate drawer space for clothes, etc.

Breakfast had every thing we wanted and very good service. Liked the bathroom. The front desk was very helpful. The common area as well as the rooms were clean.

Did not like all the construction in the immediate area. While I didn't hear any noise from all of it, the widespread construction within multiple city blocks surrounding the hotel took away from its ambience. From what I saw, it's going to be a while until it's all complete, unfortunately. I would have rated the hotel higher if not for this.

Loved the room and location close to both the main train station, the metro, and Marianplatz Square.

The parking is ATROCIOUS. A lot of construction going on and so you have to walk 1/2 mile through rush hour traffic and construction mud to get to parking garage. It was AWFUL.

The deco of my particular bathroom was straight out of a Sofia Coppola, Marie Antoinette film set, it seemed slightly dated and very very pink, as opposed to the more modernist lobby.

Loved the welcome! The hotel seemed homely and the breakfast was great. A big shout out to the staff, from the front desk to the amazing team in the breakfast hall, and my bathroom was spotless.

Hope they have a slippers available. The bathroom flooring is quite cold specially this winter and bathtub shower is high not really suitable for old or short people for safety reason

Staff is good and accommodating. Plus the perfume sample size of Dior Jadore is very much appreciated and good quality of soaps they use is L’Occitane in small bottles for personal use and more hygienic.
