It is a nice and quiet room, in a very livible neighborhood close to the old city center. we parked the car near the stadion where we also went to a nice outdoor swimmingpool.

It could be cleaner

The location is fabulous! So quiet and walking distance from all the cool things in Bremen! The room was very cozy with a small fridge, tea and coffee machine. Our host was so friendly!!!!

Felt a bit run down at first glance. Could use a thorough deep cleaning. TV didn't work. Entrance way (stairs going to souterrain) had beer bottles and cigarettes laying everywhere we we arrived. Not a good first impression.

Location is very central and on a fairly quiet side street. Easy access to tram. The ability to park on the street with a parking pass is also convenient for those with a car, if you find a spot. Sleeping was comfortable. Even the sofa bed is quite comfortable. The kitchen is a nice convenience and well equipped for short stay guests. The bathroom is nice and spacious, but could use a few floor rugs to keep from slipping when getting out of the walk in shower.

Location was within walking distance of everything I needed. WiFi also sufficient to hold Zoom/Teams calls, which was a bonus.

It's a basement flat and it is pretty damp, even the bedding felt a bit damp. I. As an asthmatic this was not great. Before check-out we got caught up in Bremen Pride traffic and was running 20 min late. The hosts were not particularly understanding about this.

It was filthy dirty! There where spiders in the kitchen and living are. Visible rubbish on floor. Someone has lost charging block under couch. Also the place smelled really moldy, especially in the sleeping area.

There are some water damage to the floor near bathroom as well as kitchen cabinet. Apart from that other facilities are in good condition. One of the room in the house was locked for storage purpose.

Location is good, quite near to the old town and train connection about 5mins away. Ideal place to choose for travelling with family or in a group. Recommended!

The room we stayed in was converted into a hotel by separating the rooms of a small 2-room house. the other room is rented to another guest. the rooms open to a common kitchen and corridor, the toilet is shared. When you enter the 2,5x1m wide toilet, there is a closet on the right, a small shower on the left, and a sink in the middle. If you want to go to the toilet when you wake up at night, you should consider the possibility of meeting a stranger in the corridor. It may be suitable for single people, but it was not very suitable for us as a family with children.

The location was so good, there is even a nice italian restaurant just in front of the hotel. It was easy to walk to the city center. The owner of the apartment sent a message stating that he could provide a parking card to park our vehicle on the street for 2 euros, and he left a card in our room, it was a gentle behaviour. There were enough equipment in the kitchen.
