We liked the hotel and the diving center. The breakfast was very tasty especially the homemade bread.

but the room was a bit dark (not enough light sources/no way to turn on ceiling lights) and a bit dirty (hair, dust), small duvet and uncomfortable pillow

The breakfast was first class with plenty of choice. A member of staff was always on hand if required. The bedroom was modern, scrupulously clean and comfortable. Free parking is available and also the use of a swimming pool facility at certain times.

The outside pools are not heated and run at about 20c, not the best for younger kids. The indoor pool was not available to us due to a private party.

This is a lovely hotel with amazing pool and fitness facilities and cracking little restaurant. The chef could not do enough for us and made undoubtably one of the best meals I have eaten in North Germany. Breakfast is good and plentiful. While we did not use it the Dive Pool is amazing! Location is good with on site parking shared with the pool facilities. Just a 10 min walk to the centre of the town which is lovely. Rooms are bit spartan but very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again! Can't say enough about the kitchen staff and how amazing they were.

I would have liked a water cooker in the room and AC. Keeping the windows open at night gives a lot of traffic noise.

It doesn't locks down at night but it half shuts down (doors, vending machines, etc).

The swiming pools (even though we couldn't make the time to use them). The breakfast buffet was really complete too.

The breakfast was really good, the receptionists were very friendly. We enjoyed the whole day in the pool and although it was crowded, it had a lot of shade and space.

The breakfast bar was great - but almost out of food both mornings. The nice girl working was doing her best to keep up...but she couldn't do everything alone. The buffet was lacking in many items and slow to refill. It was a busy holiday weekend, but the hotel should have scheduled more staff. Our room was not refreshed, despite the fact that I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door. Pool towels were simply room towels.

Friendly, helpful staff - easy check in and out. The outdoor swimming pool is awesome! Large, clean, very well supervised. The room size is large. Decent washroom. Easy parking. Attractive breakfast room. Excellent coffee.

The only complain is that the opening hours of the outdoor swimming pool were unclear. On web site the opening hours were different than what was told by the staff.

We only had one dissapointment - the bed. If the description of the room informs about a double bed, this must be met. Two single beds together do not make a double bed.

The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy, breakfast was really good and rich in variaty, the parking lot is huge so it can fit lot of cars, the staff were polite.

No airco and fridge in the room (knew this before). Parking places in the neighbourhood of the hotel.

Large room (suite) with separate bath in our room and large shower area. Hotel was situated nearby a public swimming pool with separate entrance from the hotel. Very good breakfast.

Barely any staff. Waited 20 mins for an aperol spritz to then be told they couldn't find a corkscrew so had to change my order. Resturant wasnt open so always had to eat out. Didnt ruin the holiday at all but made things slightly less easy.

The pools, rooms, location. It was slightly out of town but a 10 minute walk in so was perfect.

The room was way bigger than expected. It's very convinient if you're there to freedive as the pool is in the hotel too. The breakfast buffet was very nice and diverse. Bed was very comfy !
