Lots of narrow steps up to our apartment which was difficult with luggage. We had a van and parking was tight but doable.

The apartment is next to St. Jacob’s Church which made it very easy to get to the Marktplatz and other popular areas.

We could hear steps on an adjacent staircase and from the floor above, but it didn't matter to us as we only stopped over for one night.

Very friendly reception. They had emailed me instructions on arrival on how to collect the keys from a safe, but I didn't see these until I had actually knocked on the door and spoke to Jennifer. Everything was as expected or better. I would book this place anytime again.

A little difficulties with fireplace when you trying to switch it. But that doesn't matter in full picture.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Nice and clean. There is everything needed for a tired traveler. Located in heart of medieval city and fully matches to it. We liked it. Thank you!

The only negative was that we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our huge suitcases. Luckily my husband and son did this for us. There are also narrow/steep stairs up to both bedrooms, so dont stay here if you can't navigate any stairs.

The lovely host Jennifer met us at the accommodation to show us the room and orientate us. The room was lovely, so large and spacious and clean. It had a gas fire place running which was lovely and warmed up the room. Beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Only a 5 minute walk into the main street.

The shower leaks a bit of water as the doors don't close very tight, is just something to look after and probably fix soon. It was no big deal for us at all.

The appartment location and what it offers it is excellent. Everything is in impecabble condition, the room was warm and Jennifer answered all questions very fast. We were more than happy with the everything!

The apartment was amazing, in wood and stone and a lovely fireplace , Christmas tree and some Christmas ornaments. The apartment had everything you need and host provided us with all information about the keys passwords and such. Wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for the amazing memories of your beautiful town.

We loved the layout, the furniture and the space. It’s perfect for two families. We went with another family and had two separate floors. It was luxurious and had everything that a family needs and was so central to the town centre and Xmas markets. There was also parking onsite. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fantastic. The service surpassed all service standards we have experienced in Europe. Best place to stay in Rothenburg

This was a Great stay. It was a beautiful recently totally renovated in a 300 year old structure. The apartment could be in a magazine as one of the most beautiful spots to stay in Rothenburg. The location was perfect, next door to the Rothenburg museum, and a short walk to the x-mas market. The breakfast was hot and good. If you can get a reservation here you will be glad you did!

We absolutely loved the property and have nothing negative to say, but did want to note that one member of our party had a difficult time navigating the narrow/steep stairs to the bedrooms.

The property was over 400 years old and was absolutely beautiful! The location was within walking distance to major sights in Rothenburg and the Christmas markets (the reason for our visit). The hosts were very accommodating and provided a beautiful breakfast.

Just the steep stairs but that I think was part of the old charm of Edelzimmer.

It was as exactly as it was described in Booking.com. Landhaus Viktoria was a home away from home, Jennifer and Martin were exceptional hosts and treated us like family. The place was well-kept and very near to the places of interest in Rothenburg

Stay on top floor with no lift is hard for guest with big luggage.

Located at a quiet street just steps from the museum and close to the center town. Breakfast was good & car park was provided.

Fantastic location, very quiet. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, small kitchen area which were all lovely. Very friendly hosts, great to deal with. Breakfasts yummy. We parked the car & walked everywhere. The local tiny supermarket is a treasure. Loads of fresh ingredients - we didn’t need to look further afield to buy all the supplies we needed. Loved wandering around Rothenburg, it’s like another world and so very pretty. Night Watchman tour was very interesting.
