This is not a hotel. This is a Hostel. The only good thing is the location. Right in the center. That's all about the good stuff. The interior is all old, like in a cheap hostel. I didn’t dare wash myself in the bathroom. The pillows are wooden. And the walls are very thin. It is unlikely that you will be able to get enough sleep. The price is at least 2 times higher. Maximum €30 per person, and only because of the location. If you have the opportunity to choose something more comfortable, then spend it on another hotel.

It's situated next to the train station. The host, who met us, was very gentle and helpful. The room was big with 3 comfortable beds, towels included. Wi-Fi connection

It's a good place to stay one or couple nights, the cushions were not great, bathrooms okay.

It wasn't far from city center, nice café at the corner, metro station two minutes away.

Property is dirty, you can listen to your neighbours from your room, the bathroom doesn't have warm water and the views from some rooms are very sad...It's not fancy, romantic or cozy at all.

The man from reception was so kind and moved us to a room with private bathroom. We could also leave our luggage at reception the day we made the check-out. They also gave us 3 small bottles of water.

Shared bathroom, no toothpaste, shower gel, bathroom is a bit old.

Location is near tram station, around 20 mins to city center.

The pillow was terrible and because the reception is not open all the time, we couldn't get toilet paper. There was a number that we could call, but we didn't have local number to call.

The location was great, the room was better than the pictures, they have a minifridge whis is always great! The bed was comfortable but the pillow was very hard, it hurt our heads at all times and we woke up all nights with our necks soring.

Many narrow stairs to get to the room. Room was too hot but and I couldn't control the heat.

Shower door didn't fully close which meant water on the floor, this led to water entering the main room, looking at the quality of the flooring this is a repeat thing (damaged flooring)

Very noisy area. The bathroom is very old, it really needs a refurbishment. The hotel does not have any great facilities. It's okay for a short stay though.

The staff was very helpful, the reception closes at 22:00 but the receptionist gave me his number to call him before arrival so they allowed us to check in late. They also let us leave the backpacks at the reception before the opening hours. The location is good.

- showers in shared bathrooms are a little weird and for taller folks borderline dangerous, though they work fine. -low ceilings again a bit of a hazard for two 6ft+ people. - room not entirely clean, debris under the bed and near the walls in corners.

-great location - beds were pretty comfortable, well equipped with a good fridge and a fan, no AC though. -cheap and cheerful. Service is fine. Ideal for a utilitarian short stay.

The team is friendly, the beds are comfortable and clean (that's the most important thing for me 😄) the facilities are decent. We've got fridge and fan in the room. Hairdryer is in the toilet/shower room. The toilet/shower room are for share and they are decently clean, the warm water are well funtioning. The location is 1 Minute away from S-Bahn (train station) and 2-5 Min. from Köln main station 👍

Location, right in front the suburban train stop but also barely ten minutes from station/cathedral. Room was very big and clean.

Strange location/building. Check-in was in a telephone shop, then you were given a bunch of keys for 3 different doors to access property. It felt like a flat used with private rooms.

We were given a triple room for two people along with a private external bathroom. The host was helpful and explained all we needed to know and showed us to our rooms. Good value for money compared to the other places we stayed in Europe.
