The only reason I didn't rate it higher is because it is true that the walls are thin and you hear a lot of doors opening and closing throughout the building especially as the bathrooms are shared. That said, the price is very reasonable and the beds and rooms are comfortable, and the showers are clean and have great water pressure and nice hot water.

- bed and mattress were cheap quality and super uncomfortable such as you lay on the floor. - single room was next to other dorm rooms, where some guests do not respect 10 pm silent hour at all. may experience annoying noises anytime after midnight. - you can easily hear conversations or music on next door through walls.

- at nice location - close to tram stops - interior location so no traffic noise anytime of day - cheap compared to other accomodations in Berlin - clean - wifi was ok

The location is very good, 10 min walking from Alexanderplatz in a quite area, the room is small, simple but clean and confortable.

The rooms are poorly sound-proofed and you hear the people passing your room and the conversations next doors. Our room had a very unpleasant smell.

The hotel is nicely located in a backyard and off the street noise. Prenzlauer Berg is a very good area to stay in Berlin since it’s a nice area and well connected. The facilities were clean. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel was clean and pleasing to the eye, I loved the black and white design. each staff member was polite, kind and helpful, I had to extend my stay multiple times and each time they made it quick and easy. the bathrooms and toilets were clean too, and location is amazing for the low price.

The room was clean, spacious and well lit. Beds were firm but very comfortable. The toilets were kept clean and seemed to be cleaned twice a day. We had no issues staying here, great value for money and a good base for exploring Berlin. If you're looking to save a few pennies it's definitely a good, clean, safe option.

Very uncomfortable pillows which didn't allow me to sleep normally even a single night. The matras is also strange but not so disastrous as pilows.

The location allows to walk to the Alexander Platz for 20min, several transport connections are close. The hotel is quite and clean. When we asked to switch on the heating they did it and also provided extra covers when we asked. Minimal clean comfort lets say.

The mattress was rather thin, I could feel the wood slabs, but it I still managed to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Would be great to have a water filer somewhere so that guests can fill water. The shower is not divided by gender on my floor. There are two showers in the bathroom.

It was minutes from the tram station. I arrived past noon and the room was already ready for check in. Toilets and bathrooms are shared and clean. One hair dryer in the shower but I didn't have to wait long to use it cause I bathed at night. The receptionist kindly boiled and filled hot water into my tumbler.

- paper thin walls and floors, and doors that shut loudly. We had a few people on our floor that were not considerate of this and made sleep a but difficult.

- the ladies on reception were lovely. We had an issue with a mattress and they had it replaced immediately. They were smily and friendly - the accomodation was clean and tidy - good location

The bed was not comfortable and creaked every time I moved so as a light sleeper this was a bit of a nightmare. I was unaware there would be a code for the front door which could have been confusing if not for the man next door walking through at the same time. Might be good if this is specified! They mention no lift but this is tough if you’re on the 3rd or 4th floor with luggage

The property is in a really good spot with a tram spot just a 2 minute walk out the front door. If you’d like to walk alexanderplatz is also very close in proximity. Location was clean and then cleaners regularly came through. The room got quite warm but there is a fan provided which helped

Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived after the check in time because of train delays but they made an effort to still book us in. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very good location. Easy to travel anywhere with public transport.

The TV was not working, the WiFi wasn't good, and I was always having issues. It was a little bit hot in the room, and there were no fans or ACs.

Be aware that you don't have your own toilet and shower, these are shared on the corridor. The rooms have thin walls so you might hear people coming home late at night.

Good location, close to the tram and walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Easy hotel with good size room. Hotel got a renovation so the entrance looks really nice, rooms do what they need to do.
