No breakfast available and restaurant closed on mondays. (Nice restaurant just a 3 minute walk away) Room large and light but lacking in many facilities: no wardrobe or hanging space, no shower attachment to wall, no plug in the sink, no toilet roll holder, no towel rail and no drinking glasses. But there were 15 power sockets.....:)

There's no staff whatsoever. Had to pick up the keys at the bierstube (which) was closed. Haven't seen anyone except a cleaninglady for the next days so when we left I left the roomkey in the door.

Location is cool! Old trainstation. Everything is topnotch clean!

Quite an unusual stop for us, it is a nice reconversion from a railway station building to a Gästezimmer. Just be aware that the station is still active with at least one train/hour (not at night though) and you see trains roofs from your bed. For one night, we really enjoyed it. Biergarten is actually great and staff welcome really warm.

As the name says, it really is a train station and the trains pass by until midnight and start at 6 am. The trains are loud, fast and your whole bed moves when they pass. This is really annoying and interferes with the stay. And there are no private bathrooms which they don't say on booking.com. At least the shared bathrooms are very clean.

Nobody reacted to my message. I booked a wrong Hotel, due to the wrong map location from the app. They at least should have been able to answer and give a better price to charge, since i couldn't come to their place. But they are just so ignorant and choosed to not answer, so they could just take my money even though I was not being able to come there. Bad human resources.

No one in the hotel when I arrived and no check in instructions, so I called and had to wait 10 mins for someone to come. Most importantly, my room (number 9) was full of bed bugs. I am not a bug expert but the small insects full of blood crawling on the walls, ceiling, bed frame and bed sheets really seemed like it. Fortunately I am not allergic but I wasn’t at ease and couldn’t sleep well. There needs to be a thorough desinfection of all corners and creases of this room, including the wooding door frame which was full of them.

Right on train tracks. No front desk … keys are left on table with no explanation we got lucky and another traveller told us where we could find help.

Staff all so miserable and check in very difficult no staff on site until 5pm and then only making pizzas etc Messaged on booking requesting earlier check in 5 months before when booking never got a reply Generally feeling of being unwelcome and a pain getting in the way of the food business Also very noisy as actually old station building right on the tracks

This is the worst stay in my life. I couldnt sleep for a single moment. Lots of noise outside the property, probably some machines was running all the day night and make horrible noise. My ear is paining. During the summer, its unbelievable hot inside house.
