The unexpected charge of 20 Euros if we used the kitchen facilities. We were unaware of them when we booked the room. Happily not charged as we got there late at night and left early in the morning.

Hosts expectations clear for a mutual financial arrangements. Close to the Castles we were going to visit. Cute house that fit the area. Easy check-in and out. Beds comfy and amenities available if we needed to use them.

Very beautiful apartment in lovely location of Schwangau, both castles and the lakes are walking distance from the house. Perfect for vacation all year around. Super cozy and perfectly clean, lovely host. Highly recommended!

…their whole approach is a bit arrogant. Firstly: the messages in the apartment are absolutely ridiculous. The “this is not a hotel, this is an apartment” attitude is dreadful, it gives an impression that you are not welcome and you also have to throw out the garbage yourself (not that this is too much for me to do but I literally paid for a service of renting a room on my holiday, not a room for me to live in indefinitely). Secondly: the check-out is horrible. Because they don’t accept prepayment, you have to pay at the property and that is only possible between 9am and 10am (we basically had to be at highline187 at 8:00, make a quick visit there and rush back just so we could catch the staff before they left). I get that they don’t want to be there the whole day, but one hour window is not enough.

Clean and neat, the location is excellent, also the keybox for the check-in is great. Staff is also friendly, but….

Beautiful, very clean and tidy traditional German home, parking free and very near to all attractions... Just perfect. They let me leave the car parking there for free some hours after the check in so we can walk to visit the castles. Thanks

This guest house was in an excellent location. The castles could be seen from our window. The room was very clean and provided all we needed to have an enjoyable stay for a few days. We walked to see the castles and enjoyed walking in the area, felt very safe.

This is not a hotel, but rather a house consisting of several apartments and a studio. The apartments have a small kitchen and a private bath with a shower. The bigger room is very spacial and has two entrances to a balcony. The balcony wrapping the house is divided between apartments and offers nice views of the mountains. A well kept garden surrounds the house on three sides. The interior yard is a free parking. The kitchen is perfect for a longer stay. Separate rooms are very convenient for a family with children, a pack of 4 companions or just for two people who want to sleep in separate rooms. The location is excellent - halfway between Fussen and Neuschwanstein Castle.

Wifi was erratic and kept dropping out. Lumpy pillows - although I found a good alternative in the wardrobe.

The spotless studio had all we needed to cook simple meals and sleep comfortably. So pleased we stayed here rather than in Füssen; fields are nearby to walk through (with views of the castles) and we walked to beautiful Schwannsee nearby to have coffee at the kiosk several times - a must do.
