The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with understanding the local area. They even provided us with dining locations and public transportation information based on our preferences. I recommend this hotel to those unfamiliar with the area.

The bathrooms were a bit tight but modern updated extremely clean.And fully fulfilled their service for the two nights we stayed.

The Location, excellent parking friendly and efficient Receptionist and service. Great value for money rooms with pretty modern and updated furniture. All very very clean. They also offered a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price and was excellent for its variety of spreads and fresh foods. Not to mention the efficient friendly informative service staff. Well done. Over and above!

I didn't like the breakfast ( There wasn't eggs) and was not coffee mashine 😒😒. I would rate it as a Hostel.

There was a free parking and it was about 3km from city center. There was also free bus dayticket from the Hotel.

Little background music in the breakfast room would be nice, love the decoration, cool artwork around: Mountain Climbers, Map of the world with a very unique frame, 3D art work of Bodensee and try to find the three 🙈 🙉 🙊

Perfect location outside of Konstanz. Ferry to Meersburg and 3 Restaurants walking distance away. Also special is the Loretto chapel on a little hill 10 minutes from the Hotel. Free parking, quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast and very nice hosts.

Very nice beautiful hotel located near to the island of Mainau and also not far from the city center of Konstanz. We spent one night there in an apartment for five people. The apartment has one bedroom with three beds and one room with double and one bathroom and one WC room. So it is perfect for a family with three kids. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The hotel has its own parking space so you can park for free there. The personal were very friendly especially at the check-in. They welcome you with a big smile and they clarify everything for you. You will get also bus tickets for the duration of the stay, so you can leave your car parked and use the public transport. The breakfast is very good. And the check out went smoothly. We really recommend this hotel.

Bathroom smaller than expected, with tiny sink. Room safe very small, ok for a tablet, but not nearly big enough for a 14 inch laptop. 1st night ok, but second night awoken at least two times, at 2am and 4 am by guests on upper floor. Cheap toiletries, No kettle in room for tea/coffee.

We carried our small yorkshire terrier dog with us and as he was very small initially they charged us €5/night instead of €10 but when we were checking out the receptionist told us that we should pay some tip as they gave 50% discount to our dog, which was surprising to me but still we paid €10 as a tip. Honestly I didn't like this approach. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. Normal spread of cold bread, cheese, jam, salami, boiled eggs, cornflakes, milk, juice & yoghurt. No warm breakfast options were available. There was no choice in coffee - only normal coffee with milk. If you want to relax in the evening in the hotel you just need to stay in your room. They don't even have choices of drinks to be ordered except hot chocolate & normal coffee (not even cappuccino). Also no refrigerator in the rooms. Considering the facilities, breakfast & the location I find the hotel was too overpriced. There was no view from any of their rooms.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative (except one of them). The room was spacious enough though the bathroom was small.

Parking is included and we received a bus ticket for free, for all 3 days if our stay! Konstanz Main Station is about a 10-15 minutes ride!!!

Pillows are far to soft for us. But that's personal preference 😉
