I expected water everymorning, but turned out it is a compliment only for the first day of arrival.

Breakfasts were always fresh and interesting! the bed matt was comfortable. The personnel were nice.

- Blocked an extra amount of €25 upfront on credit card upon check in for incase you use the minibar, but did not tell upfront only when I disputed the price they explained it is just reserved and will be released if nothing from minibar is used. - Not a super vibey area, the hotel is located in a residential area with many flats so not a stay with scenic views but area is still safe and has the benefit of leaving car and traveling with the tram to inner city.

- staff was exceptionally helpful from giving directions of which trams to take, to helping me register to become a Marriot hotel member in order to do early checkin. - Room was neat and smelled still new since hotel is recently renovated - Meraki products in the bathroom to use (also sold at a very reasonable price at reception which we bought as last minute Christmas gifts) - Safe parking on site for €12 - Delicious breakfast! We were only a few guests hence they did not make a buffet but we could choose from a menu so no good wastage and breakfast was sufficient and tasteful. - Good connection with public transport: 5 minute walk to the tram that takes you directly to inner city where we attended the Christmas markets

Adding some coffee and tea options with an electric kettle in the room would be a good addition to the list of facilities.

- The walls of the room were a bit dirty and the toilet could be cleaner too. It was not terrible, but it’s in the details…

- Design of the main area; - Good enough location, close to the Tram line, which enables easy access to city center. The neighbourhood of the hotel is friendly, residential and it feels safe; - The room was warm and the beds were comfortable; - Warm towels; - The WC products were from Rituals; - Amazing breakfast, with lots of variety. Everything was delicious and they really make an effort to present quality products; - Fantastic wifi.

Needs a sign on the main road showing the name and direction to the hotel. It was very difficult to find at night. Perhaps need to have some light food available in evenings as there are not that many good restaurants nearby.

Staff helpful and polite ... parking facility nearby and covered. Relaxed seating area for coffee, snacks etc... Hotel within walking distance of city centre. In my case the attraction was the Intermot motorcycle exhibition centre was only a few minutes from the hotel.

when I returned at 2 am from the party the guy at reception did not look up and greet

I got parking for free but cannot be guaranteed. Very silent although relatively close to Kalk and big streets. Very comfi bed, frig, nice bathroom, everything I needed was fine.

The location is not very central and the room description on booking is not accurate for all room types.

Everything was great.

A very good hotel in a great locating if you are in Cologne for an exhibition. The hotel itself is modern with lovely rooms. The breakfast was very good too.

It is very comfortable in a quiet area and the staff is great. Even though it is not a walking distance from the center, it is well connected.
