Toilet and shower were cramped. The bed may have been better placed on the opposite side to the bathroom as noise from taps and toilets from rooms above could be heard.

It's a really nice house, with a beautiful breakfast room. It is in a smaller street, so quiet. And the old, big rooms with high ceilings and the old wood floor have their own charm.

The location of the hotel was very good. Train stations, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc are all within walking distance as the hotel is basically just a few hundred metres down the main Ku'damm street. Despite its proximity to the main street Ku'damm, the hotel itself is very quiet and has a very warm and homely atmosphere! I did not try their breakfast but it looked very nice too!

There is a lot of noise, you can hear from the rooms next door, upper floor and the hall. It is super overpriced for the room we picked.

This hotel is close to the city center. The room is well equipped and cleaned.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They put a lot of attention to the details to make your stay super comfy. Breakfast is well above expectations and prepared with care.

Stayed in Room 22 which was not as per photos advertised. We did not like the dark room and it did not have enough light. No English channels except BBC news and no subtitles channels.

Personal preference - pillows were big squares and very soft/ feathery. Prefer a smaller firmer pillow. Room could do with some coat pegs - big coats, hats, scarves in the winter don’t fit in the wardrobe with other clothing

The hotel doesn’t accommodate with the request to leave your luggages after 2 pm. As this is something very unusual from an hotel, it caught us by surprise and left us with a problem to deal with. If we knew it before we would have not book a late flight at evening, or either chosen a different accomodation.

The breakfast was rather expensive, at 17 euros. The shower curtain had some red mold stains at the bottom, and the shower drained somewhat slowly, threatening to overflow the very shallow basin.

Reception was only open at limited times - from 9.30 which is for business travellers not helpful. Pillow was unconfortable, and they had only one type of pillow in the hotel.

You hear people from other rooms when they talk, and walk ( the floor cracks) Curtains in the room (and my friends room were dirty and old) There is no air con in the room and direct sunlight makes the room boiling all day (september) with no way to refresh it I found it too expensive for what it was

Reception was not 24/7, and the hotel is in an old building which, although beautiful, means that you can hear every step your neighbours take. The floors and the doors creak quite loudly.

Room design was nice, the view from the window was a quiet little park.
