Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Charming hotel in a charming town. The staff were very kind and everything went smoothly. The room was spacious and very nicely equipped. The beds were super comfy. Parking on street but in a small town that is not a problem.

The hotel - and room - appeared to be newly decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom well equipped with a very good shower and the breakfast was excellent (and cheap).

Very nice and hospitable staff. Close to the Autobahn, but in a quiet small town. There is a free Tesla charger on their parking as well as an extra non-Tesla charger (AC 11 kW).

FranceWe spent one night at the hotel with our children (1 and 4 year old) and our dog, the hotel is wonderful. The room is big and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is amazing. We were very happy here and we would like to spend more time at the hotel and in this nice city.

Fantastic and cheap breakfast, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good rate, friendly staff. Really would recommend staying here to explore the Münsterland and Ruhr area, provided you have a car. Easy access to the motorway, easy parking.

NetherlandsIt was bit difficult to spot hotel entrance and find a reception, which is coupled with restaurant but maybe i was tired.
Room far exceeded expectations and we even got prepared sofa for small child! we didn't take the breakfast and there is bakery close by. Staff is nice and friendly, car can be parked on a street and there is also private parking available.

SwedenGreat hotel not far from the Autobahn. We got delayed by traffic but could check in a couple of minutes after closing. The personal was service minded and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Even though we didn't benefit from it we did appreciate the minibar.
