Location was very convenient to easily walk to the city centre through a peaceful and short route.

We expected a bit more variety from breakfast since it was slightly more expensive than average, however it was overall very good.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and super clean. The Guesthouse is conveniently located very close to the city centre and we enjoyed the walks around Lübeck. Hotel staff was super kind and helpful and we had overall a great stay.

Lack of water in the room, I was expecting at least two small welcome bottles. No fridge in the corridor either. You have to go to the main hotel for water, which is inconvenient at night. There is no cooler, water only for purchase. The sofa in the room is very old and looks unsympathetic, the bathroom is also "tired" and requires rennovation. It would be nice to have a small kettle and tea in the room. If you replace the sofa and the curtains with flowers, the room would look prettier.

There are more rooms than parking spaces. The building is in a narrow residential street and parking seems quite competitive so if you have a parking space it's best to try and keep it. The shower was in the bath. It had a mixer tap.

To get the keys you go to a hotel around the corner in the next street, which is fine. The only people we saw were the hotel staff when we collected the keys. The place is within walking distance of the city centre. Our room was at the back of the building so there was no traffic noise.

We were located and the apartman house, not in the main building. They are near, no problem. In the apartman house the room and the bathroom are old-fashioned, I certainly would have not expected a curtain in the shower. But the room is spacious enough.

Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, the city center is very near, on foot 10-15 minutes. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. Everything is very clean. We could park in front of the accommodation.

To find our room we need to check all 3 floors of guesthouse. There is no room numbers on main doors in staircase.

Breakfast selection was underwhelming, would have liked to see a fruit platter, labelled juices, a milk jug rather than the store bought package, etc. Overall a bit more attention to detail to make guests feel welcomed would have been lovely. Paying for breakfast in the morning took a lot longer than expected.

The team managing the breakfast table service were lovely and attentive. The hotel’s location is in walking distance to the city, and parking was conveniently available.

The bathroom with the toilet - I'm not a fan of curtains in a shower + the toilet is not comfortable for someone of big size. No tea/coffee equipment in the room; no fridge.

We were in the guest house in the nearby street - there's a parking lot for 3 or 4 cars (no extra charge). Good location though you enter the old town from the back (the most famous buildings are on the other side of the island). Spacious room, armchairs, wardrobe. Breakfast and checking-in in the main building, but it's not a problem if the weather's fine. For check-in, you can park in front of the hotel for a moment (all the parking slots will most likely be taken) and then drive to the guest house.

-Nice big room -Very good breakfast that you had in Kaiserhof hotel. (just 2 minutes to walk from Kaiserhof gasthouse) -Very friendly staff that offered something to drink while I waited for the room to get ready. -About 10-15 minute walk to city centre of Lübeck. -Free parking just outside.

Since the heating problems was resolved fast & efficiently, there is nothing to complain about really. We would stay here again!

When we arrived, we realised our rooms were very cold and the heating was not working. We talked about this with the reception staff, and they helped us solve the problem very quickly. They fixed the heating, however, since rooms would need some time to warm up, they relocated us to the main hotel and gave us new rooms, which was very kind an professional. <3 So we ended up staying in the Hotel Kaiserhof instead of the Gästehaus - both were very nicely equiped, very big and comfortable rooms. Gästhaus is located in a smaller street, so there is no noise from the outside, there are only 7 or 8 rooms in the house, so it's very private with no staff on site. Hotel is located in the main street just around the corner, but there was still very little noise from the street during the night - we didn't find it disturbing. Staff was, as mentioned, very friendly and helpful. Both locations are also just a short walk from the city center, and there is free parking in front of both buildings.

the room smelled a lot of humidity coming mostly from the bathroom the pillows had no pillow case so basically sleeping was very bad since we could not use the pillows.

There was water leakage in the bathroom from the toilet. The floor of the bathroom was always wet. It was not dirty water, but still very unpleasant.

The location was good, and the stuff was friendly.

We didn't have space to park the car on the property and that is why we booked this in the first place. The shower curtain is a regular curtain and too short -please adapt that. Also the sink and shower tap/shower head needs updating and deep cleaning. The windows were moldy which is really unacceptable in this price range. Please do not send cleaners to the rooms on check out day. There must be a way of communicating the right room numbers with them.

The location is great to park the car and go to the city center. Luckily there was a parking spot on the street. It is very quite in the road and a big room. The staff is very nice and helpful.
