Unfortunately it was an issue with a wlan, which wasn't working at all. We reported a problem, but it wasn't solved at all. Check in from 4 pm, but keys can be taken from a box on the other end of the city centre also at that time only.

It is a perfect location, just on the corner of city centre ring, Appartment is designed very nice, wonderful bedroom and bathroom and kitchen with all utensils...

To collect the key you have to go to a place on the other side of the city. Why not install keylocker on the same address? The owner advise you to keep a taxi to pick up the key and he will pay you 10 €. Complicated..

Even with all the windows closed, you can hear all the trams and cars from the streets nearby - I didn't mind, but if someone is a light sleeper it can be an issue

There is no aircon so open windows were necessary. The apartment was quite noisy with open windows with both tram and distant train noise, plus car traffic. The apartment could do with more cutlery, glasses etc. There are no mugs for example.

Key is picked up from a cafe 2km from location. Trip from cafe to apartment was straightforward and dropping off baggage worked well. Parking at €12 a night was convenient at Zoo car park (cash only machine) a short walk (two blocks). Apartment is very well located essentially over the road from the centre of town. Lots of eating options within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is reasonably spacious. The building is quite interesting. Internet worked well.

The shower is broken, it's impossible to take a shower there. The kitchen is not well equipped (it's ok if you stay just for 2 or 3 days or if you eat out). The apartment is nice, but there is no maintenance, for the same price I would go somewhere else.

It was very dirty (especially under the bed, I accidentally saw how dirty it was) in the room and matress was horrible. Also sink in the bathroom was clogged. I could not sleep on it properly and woke up with pain in my back. There is no place to store the luggage if you want to walk in the city a bit longer.

The key collection is somewhat confusing but planned well and either a longer walk on foot, quick taxi and a tram and you’re sorted.

The location was superb, right in the city centre, close to the main tram lines, 15 minutes walk from the Red Bull Arena and 4 minutes walk from the zoo! The decor was modern and so well styled, the beds, even the sofa bed, were very comfy. The traffic would be noisy as expected in the centre, but the patio doors when closed are nearly completely soundproof. It had everything we needed for a short city break in beautiful Leipzig.
