there’s only one toiletry in the girls bathroom on the entire floor which has 5 rooms (each room 6-8 beds). can’t imagine what’s it like in high season.

The kitchen had a microwave and kettle but lacked dishes, cutlery and pots. So it was not very useful for preparing more complex hot meals.

Check-in was really easy. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean and there was plenty of space and storage options in the rooms.

No one clear the rubbish bin when I check out (it’s 4days already). No information can be get from the staff coz they’re also the staff of Burger King (busy). After the 1st day, one roommate checkout, no one change the clean bed sheet for two days until new roommate check in it’s still no one to come to change the bed sheet. No hair dryer.

Just next to station and 1/F of Burger King so it’s easy to find. can get the guest card for free bus.

We missed some little kitchen or place we could make tea or coffee. We know it was not described but still would be nice to have.

A perfect location, romms clean and good equipped, toilets and showers are shared on the floor, so sometime the "cleaningness" was no so great, but still above "hostel" level.

Nothing stands out as a particular negative, we enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. The check in process was a little unique, but easy enough. The staff were kind enough to let us check in an hour early. Check out was easy. There were plenty of lockers in each room, and they were quite sizeable.

Although the description says there is a shared kitchen, it wasn't really possible to use it: it was very dirty, the fridge was packed with food as if someone is living there. In the morning, the kitchen was occupied by a group of men who had breakfast there (which was a bit intimidating).

The hostel is placed right by the train station, so it is a good connection but still quite far away from the mountains/königsee (although there are buses going every hour for free with the guest card). The room felt very new and was cleaned daily. The reception is funnily in the Burger king just under the hostel. Stores were also very close by.

The kitchen is not clean and the refrigerator is quite small. Besides, it’s hard to get information from reception cause it’s in the Burger King.

The hostel is next to HBF so it’s very convenient. There are several supermarkets nearby and Burger King is right in ground floor. Besides, the shower room and bathroom are clean.

No place to put your luggage if you check-in/out before Burger King opens. (No lockers at the train station either) They took away the kitchen room that came with a microwave. A huge pity because I had a great time interacting with other hostel goers when I stayed there 3 years ago. It is alot quieter now because there is no place to interact without disturbing others.

The other two of our party slept in the 8 persons mixed bedroom and they had a horrible experience. There was a group of people eating their food in the bedroom (very smelly food) and they were watching videos on their ipads which made it more difficult to actually fall asleep. The bathrooms were okay but one sink couldn't be used and was full of dirty water.

We were with a party of 4. Two of us had a 5 persons bedroom and had a fantastic stay. Everything was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that there was a little seating arrangement outside of each bedroom.
