Couldn't reach the location due renovation work on the road ... We ere lost following the google map and took us almost 30mins just to reach the parking

Storage space for clothes very limited due to the design of the room.

Nice design, breakfast was superb, very attractive bar, friendly staff, comfortable shower. Also good public transport facilities. I will return !

I was a bit disappointed about the parking. It’s just a section of the Messe parking (outdoor, no security) and the cost is 12€/night, while the regular parking ticket for the Messe is only 6€ I’d recommend future visitors to just park outside of the hotel area and save those extra 6€ unless they are really going to enter and exit the parking several times a day

Modern hotel, fairly spacious and very well-equipped room. The bed was comfy and there is a tram stop just at the hotel, so can reach the city centre in 15’

The only thing that we were a bit disappointed with was that the room was not made up. To be clear, we were informed of the cleaning process ahead of time so this was not a surprise at all. And we are aware that there is a general staff shortage and this also involves additional cost and time that might not be possible to allocate. Still, even for just a 2 nights stay, we would enjoy having the room made up.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Every request was fulfilled promptly or alternatives were offered. We could not have been happier. Location was great and rooms were clean and exactly as expected.

Staff tried to make us to pay city tax twice, but we already paid it when we booked through booking. After double checking the staff sorted it out. Parking space available outside but it's 12€ a night. For that price I would expect it to be a garage with some kind of surveillance or cameras.

Sauna was amazing and very relaxing. Loved the big shower in the room!

Modern hotel, comfy room, excellent breakfast. Location is good, 10-minute tram to reach the city centre. Staff was helpful, I particularly appreciated the hotel's flexibility to accept shortening the duration of my stay, after I checked in. For personal reasons I had to leave one night earlier.

The service in the restaurant was terrible. First, I was ignored when I took a seat at a table. Then, the table was not cleaned after the previous guests, When I asked the waiter to do this, he just looked at me as if I was crazy and indicated the table was not dirty. The previous guest's empty glass and spoon were still on the table when I finished my meal. To top it off, the meal I received was not what I actually ordered. I understand that there are personnel issues in hospitality at the moment, and that the night I was there was particularly busy at the hotel, but common courtesy and friendliness are not too much to ask.

Great location for the exhibition hall and concert, but also an easy tram ride into the centre of town. One side of the hotel has lovely views out to green trees and the horizon. Bed was very comfortable and the sauna/fitness area was clean and functional. Reception staff were very friendly and also very helpful when I had a problem with the restaurant.

Everything, the rooms are lovely, the bed was super comfortable and I love the trendy but also elegant concept of the hotel. The breakfast was so delicious and the service was impeccable. I’ll definitely come back.

Internet was super unstable, it was impossible to use

It was clean and parking was cheap. Near a supermarket and the tram station is right in front of the hotel.

breakfast was too expensive for a casual breakfast buffet. No drinking water refill at the spa area after first two of 9 days in Total. Too few options in the menu for lunch/dinner with also too expensive prices according to quality and quantity.
