The double bed was very small for a couple. If we would have known it, we would have taken a cheaper room with two beds. The price was extremely high but we were in an emergency to book something. The last day, 1 hour before our check-out someone got into our room when I was in the toilet and my partner was literally naked in the bed. They didn't knock on the door and waited... just knocked and immediately got into the room. (We didn't hang outside the note "please do not disturb" but not even "please, clean the room"). This detail disturbed the good stay at the hotel.

The place next door had a function on that was not finishing until 5AM. The music goes through into the hotel building. We needed to change rooms, the staff (night manager) was very good to move us and apologise. They are usually notified beforehand and do not use rooms at that end of the building when there is an all night function.

The location was great, across the road from the train station, We arrived late. An easy walk and lovely walk into town. Staff were very helpful. Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast was very good.

As already mentioned, the area around the station is very noisy and not the most solid people gather there.

Nice place for business accomondation. If you get up early and go on business and come back late in the evening, there is also a small kitchenette. Close to the railway station and close to the 6th tram to go to and from the airport.

The floor could have used one more once-over with a mop, but that's if I'm super picky. It was such a lovely room, there's really nothing to improve.

The room was massive with a desk, couch, two cozy chairs, a kitchenette, and an entryway that could be closed off for soundproofing. A fantastic room.

Close to the train station -actually right across. Walking distance to the Fritz theater. The parking garage is accessible by a quite cool car elevator.

It seems as there were dogs allowed on 7th floor, one small one started barking at 7 when the guests probably went for breakfast. Very annoying, but it's not the hotels fault. I thought that when I checked in online it would only be a couple of seonds at the frontdesk to pick up the key, but for some reason it took a while.

It is very close to the centralstation and Bremen Messe. The online check in was a positive experience. The room was very nice on the 7th floor, and the bed was very nice. Breakfast had everything you need (even if the plates was quite small)

over expensive parking in dirty, disgusting smelly garage, every morning barking dog in some room close to our, really noisy and dirty neighborhood, loud music and yelling young people all night in front of the hotel, only one working lift for the whole big hotel (the other one wasn’t fixed during our 3 nights stay)

it is a bit dangerous that no windows safety locks, we had to constantly watch our little one who wanted to climb and to open the window because it was low enough to climb and to open.

The location as it is located by the train station so loads of homeless and shady characters in the area. But commute wise very comfortable!

Unwarned power cut first morning at breakfast and was followed by a planned one a day later. Not as comfortable area as when we previously visited due to several homeless around asking for money. However did not put us off the hotel.

Was upgraded by booking.com to suite which was very nice. Good breakfast nice staff
