The owner of the house helped me to open the entrance door and passed me the room keys although I arrived almost midnight due to my flight delay. He also carried my suitcase to the room. This property locate very convenient to access rails, supermarkets and a shopping mall.

Nice and fresh rooms. Very clean. Beautiful design. We had booked 2 double rooms and they had individual design. The host was very nice and friendly and solved upcoming problems in a good way. There was good facilities for cooking your own food. Just a few 100 m from the u-bahn and s-bahn to the city center. 13 minutes with train. Good restaurants and shopping in the area. Perfect with a parking house in a galleria just on the opposit side of the street. We pay only 13 euro for 3 days and nights in the parking house. The rooms was also good value for money. We are satisfied and can definitely recommend this accomondation.

Couldn't make it to get into Mertens Zimmervermietung, because no one answer neither the door nor the number indicates on the door to call host. Was waiting outside and waited more or less half an hour

It takes within 5 mins to get U-Bahn, S-Bahnand, shopping area and Mertens Zimmervermietung is very very clean

Everything was fine. The room is for 2 people, Yes, but for a rather short stay or for those who like to cuddle a lot ;-) But I was alone and it was fine for me!

The owner of the property was waiting as arranged beforehand, There was no fuss with handing over the keys. The room was nice, clean and warm. The bed comfortable and clean. The bathroom and shower - nice and clean too. The property is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the U-Bahn or S-Bahn and it takes only 11 minutes to travel to the centre - so it is close. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area.

For no reason the room inside was very cold, even though the heating was turned on. But that wasn't a big problem because other features covered this con.

Staying here was a pleasure. Good neighbours, everything was clean, metro station was nearby. Also the staff was very pleasent and even after checking out they allowed us to leave our luggage until the departure.

Lovely, quiet stay in Hamburg, it is around 15min from train station with U1. It is located in a super quiet area of Hamburg so anyone interested in quiet nights, this is the place. My room was called lighthouse and the design was amzing, huge, bed super comfortable, and the shared facilities were kept spotless. Totally recommend it.

The kitchen could have been bigger to cook, since I was expecting to have a "normal" kitchen to properly cook. It is possible to cook either way, but just be prepared that it won't be spacious.

The apartment is located approximately 15 minutes from the city centre and is easily reachable by metro or train. We got our own room and were very happy, the landlord was very kind as well.

The apartment is in the basement, instead of Ground floor as listed online. The owner should correct it. Since it is in the basement, there are frequent sounds of water draining the pipes (although it didn't bother much, but it was quite noticeable). The bathroom had a small sink. Washing face is difficult.

Good location, central station is about 10 mins with S or U-Bahn. The room is spacious with TV and a separate kitchen. Great value for money. The owner is friendly.

Cigarette smoke wafted upstairs to our room. Pillows were very flat, but we were given a better one when we asked. Not much room for 2 suitcases.

The room was in the basement. There was no view from the window, it was unpleasant to open it. We had big suitcases, no lift. Therefore, the check-in to the lower floor was difficult.

The bed is large and comfortable. Great kitchen, it had everything you need to cook. I especially liked the dishes, very unusual and beautiful. Despite the lack of windows, the kitchen is cozy. Clean shower and toilet. There is also a huge TV with speakers, but we didn't use it. The room is quiet. Also decorated with various items that looked cute.

How to enter to the apartment was not clear. It had a lockbox which I was able to open after calling the owner and asking for the password.
