The breakfast was very fine, fresh and a good variety of propositions. Not too much but excellent for the price. The location is fine for work and not too fra from the S-Bahn station. Quiete and nice for walks in nature

The breakfast was nice, but not a huge variety (no alternative milk or gluten free bread). The rooms are small, and I felt smoke on the curtains, despite the fact that I had a double bed and a non smoking room. Check in was possible at the time of my arrival only on a display, that charged for additional breakfast costs. However, it was refunded to me in 2 working days.

The rooms were cleaned up every day, the towels were exchanged. Cleanliness everywhere :)

The room was very small so it was very difficult to open the suitcase. In addition, there are a lots of stairs, really A LOT! which meant for me that I had to carry my 20kg suitace up and down, as there is no elevator. The internet was either really weak or not existent.

The bathroom wasn't that clean. There were traces of limestone on the glass window and the walls. Too many levels to climb with two suitcases. Suggestion : an option to choose the floor would be appreciated.

It was so, so hot at night I would have really liked some air conditioning. Or at least some better ventilation in the hotel which improved airflow.

Breakfast was excellent, and location is quiet and enjoyable compared to central Frankfurt. Was just 10 mins walk to S-Bahn and 15mins on the S-Bahn to Messe. Very good for attending the Messe.

There was a problem with the room door. I had to push the door strongly to have it closed properly to activate the autolock. When I did not close manually door was not locked and anyone could enter the room without key.

It was easy to find. Hotel was located in quiet area and breakfast was very tasty.

The machine for issuing the room card was not running correctly. Due to short term reserveration late afternoon the desk has not contacted me upfront about the issue of the room card even that they several cases seems to have happened. I informed hotel about late arrival. The TV-station was "dead" and in the lavatories. The bathroom sink has not functioned correctly as the water couldn't flow away.

Bad bus and train connection. No breakfast over weekend. No kettle in the room to prepare something hot. Ample space in the room for two people. Bed cramped; difficult for two people to get in and out. We were prepared to pay cash and were then forced to pay by card at the front door, the only way to enter the hotel.

The breakfast was good, thank you. The facilities are neat and clean.

the staff was rude. we checked in and found out that we got a very small room (almost 10 sq m) although we paid for 19 sq m room. In addition, the pictures we saw on booking and our reservations have nothing to do with the room we got. the staff at the hotel were rude about it and didn’t even care enough to take a look at our reservation’s details and the pics of the room we paid for, they were too arrogant and said that they know all about their rooms. they offered me a bigger room with additional cost. At the end I had to call their supervisors and said the same thing. but after a lot of negotiations and to many arguments with them and warnings that I would call the police, they gave us even a bigger room than the one we paid for. on the last day at 6 o’clock in the morning someone came in while we were sleeping without knocking and left immediately again when he saw that we still there. It could have been the room service as they didn’t know that we still there. but still, at 6 o’clock in the morning and without knocking, that it is still unprofessional and was such a bad experience. The room as well as the hotel were actually clean and the internet was very fast. But still after what we experienced and the high price we paid, I would never go back again. such a shame’!

it is really terrible extremely terrible. the woman at the reception early morning was extremely angry because I just spoke in English, really rude not friendly. when I arrived late the check in via machine, where is the hospitality the friendly staff oh boy the room is terrible, the location in now where I strongly don’t recommend to anyone.
