The breakfast was a little small: no fried bacon and the only eggs were soft-boiled. I would have liked more choices. The water pressure in the shower was too low.

There is nothing wrong with it, it is a chain. If you want somewhere more unique, local character i wouldn't recommend here, but for what i wanted this was perfect.

Good location, easy to get into the city. We had a car so we easy to park and not too expensive per day. The bed was comfortable enough and the staff were friendly. It's a generic hotel, but a chain that i know i can rely on to give a bed for the night without any nasty surprised.

The location was not the best one, at least for me. It was a "long" walk to the metro stations and it was not practical for people going to / coming from the airport. That's why next time I would maybe try another neighboorhood.

I am a fan of Motel One, especially in cities where hotel prices are really high, at Motel One you can find affordable comfortable prices. Since Munich is an expensive city, I tried to look for a Motel one room. They have all the amenities and qualities of other Motel One hotels - comfortable (but simple) rooms, a nice bar/restaurant. They had also a free big bottle of mineral water. I could also let my luggage there and check-in later.

Would have prefer more variety in the breakfast i.e. vegetarian. vegan option . Would have been great if there is a kettle in the room or alternatively offer an option for a kettle in the room. This is for purpose of drinking warm water and also to make coffee whatever the time (versus waiting for the breakfast to open to get your first cup)

I like the room (love the strong water pressure when showering) , also the deck chairs at the Garden is a lovely touch. Love the fact that soothing music comes over the speakers and your sight is of the fishes swimming on tv and my senses immediately feel soothed after the rather uneventful flight from Athens to Munich. .

The cleaning service was pretty bad. The cleaning staff seemingly didn't have a clue about when and how to clean. On the first day a lady knocked on my door for 10 seconds straight around 15.00. She said she wants to clean because if I want my room to be clean, she needs to come now. I was not once out of my room but nobody seemed to care. So I let her inside and she said it will be 2 mins. I was a bit confused since 2 mins of cleaning doesn't sound very reliable. She was nice though, but when she asked if I want vacuuming, then said "oh perfect, nothing is on the floor", I really couldn't believe how unprofessional she was. The next day we were outside between 11-13.00 and our room was cleaned, but when we took a nap around 15.00, a man from the cleaning team knocked on the door 3 times, then 10 seconds later he entered our room while we were half naked in bed. He quickly said sorry, but I got really upset over this situation and went after him when he closed the door. I talked to him and said they should know better when they are disturbing guests. Then he started to explain that I shouls use the door signs if I don't want cleaning...what the heck, the room was already cleaned...The next day they cleaned the room but didn't do the vacuuming, while the carpet was in need for that. So we were not happy with thia part of their service. The staff at the reception almost never smiled at us from the first second we arrived and they sometimes didn't even say hi when we passed by and looked at them. Pretty weird behavior. One last thing that I would mention is that the bathroom ventillation system was not working at all. I kept the bathroom door open with a random object to ventillate it (the door was always shutting back after opening it), and I opened the windows as well, this way we didn't have a big problem with it, but it's still not the best to keep a room without proper ventillation.

Great location, 3 REWEs nearby, an italian and an indian restaurant in front of the hotel, Silberhornstraße U-Bahn station in 10 mins, McDonald's 5 mins by walk, gas stations, bus stations etc. all nearby. The hotel's interior, restaurant, bar and garden areas are all stunning. The room is cozy, comfy, the bed is great as well. Nice, organic german hygine products in the bathroom. The shower was amazing! Big and fast elevators as well (pretty rare).

The breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations and the location is good, quiet and safe. Very good quality/price ratio, a hotel beyond expectations (staff, cleanliness, quiet, privacy, etc.) On my next visit to Munich I will definitely return to the same location. I strongly recommend this location.

Limited facilities, minimum toiletries, reception staff had several nice and cooperative ladies and two unprofessional guys, they terminated my access card twice saying I didn't process the payment while the payment was already done on time and they didn't even bother to apologize or show any regret

The hotel has a stylish modern interior and furniture, breakfast has a reasonable variety of items, the restaurant's staff were excellent, everywhere is clean and comfortable

More ammenities in the room such as a kettle and improved toiletries would be great. The tv only had German channels with no subtitles so was pointless for us. The location is a little far out from the city centre. Breakfast didn’t have any hot food.

Great stay! Very clean and very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Having a restaurant for all meals available is convenient. Breakfast was enjoyable and always being restocked.
