It was scary at night as a woman; there was also a little incident: there were people trying to get into our room; but the lady at the desk was very helpful and made sure we were safe.

A very helpful and friendly lady at the desk. A clean room and a great shower!! The hotel is located in between two stations.

I stayed 2 days and everything was great. I purchased breakfast and it was well worth it. Also enjoyed a cocktail in the evening. Bed was clean and comfortable and the area was nice.

There is not much activity at night, and the area might be a bit sketchy, but I did successfully explore a little the first night.

The property was an excellent value because it was away from most hotels. The neighborhood is diverse, and not particularly upscale. Most things are within reasonable walking distance, and small independent shops were plentiful. I opted for a small room which was more than adequate. The lounge/bar/breakfast area was wonderful. The room temperature was perfect and the shower was just right. I will come back.

I wish the pillows would be a bit bigger and more comfortable.

The rooms are very clean and look nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We hadn't had any problems yet.

Some members of female staff knew only few words in english but it didn't matter so much. We managed to communicate all that was necessary. Some dish on breakfast selection run out early during breakfast hours (croissants one day, yogurt bowl on second etc) and thereby assortment got more restricted in subsequent days. Otherwise breakfast and overall servings were maybe even better than expected. There was no reading lamp on the table but I didn' t need one. Unfortunately there was no bodylotion (nor facial tissue or travel size toothpaste) but one must keep in mind this was very affordable accomodation so everything can't be expected. Although some regular lotion would make very good impression for customers. There was no mini bar/ mini fridge in the room but it wasn't either any big issue.

Accomodation 3 nights. Room type: single room during weekdays on January 2024. Work related visit to Berlin. Service was pleasant and welcoming. Especially the man on the reception (manager/ owner ?) spoke good english. Room, lobby and breakfast area were all tidy, still in good condition and interior design is up to date. Breakfast was tasty. Selection was decent for price and motel status. There was no problems with internet access. Rooms were silent to have a good sleep. There was no disturbing fuss being made by other guests or drifting from nearby area. Windows were big with street view. Shading curtains made room dark enough for sleeping. Room maintenance was good quality. There was no fitted carpet and therefore air inside was good. No dust or mold. Room layout was practical for small spaces. Desk top was small but adequate for the job. There were two electric plugs available. One was on the wall above the desk top and another on floor level near the door. Towels and bed sheets were adequate. Bathroom was nice. Mirror lightning in the bathroom was surprisingly flattering! Air condition was always humming correctly when lights were on in the bathroom. Shampoo and liquid soap were available. Motel plus was easy to reach from U & S- bahn station. Distance between Motel Plus and Estrel Congress Center was 2.4 km. It offered refreshing 25 minute walk before and after meeting hours. Local area seems to be somewhat unkempt and on proggress. There are lots of graffitis everywhere. People in the area represented diverse ethnic groups. Athmospere on streets and restaurants was layback and friedly. There were plenty of kebab snack bars and ethnic restaurants. Lidl was just about~450m away to get some food or snack supply and toiletries. It was ok to walk alone to the market and back also on Friday evening at 10 pm. I didn't face any street harassment during my stay in Berlin. Traffic was pretty fluent except some hotspots.

Quite high car parking costs, although it is quite away from Berlin center. a bit overpriced the stay as well but not a deal breaker

The area itself isn't all that nice, and there were no restaurants or grocery stores in immediate vicinity. Breakfast was overpriced, and getting the prepaid breakfast option didn't work, but we (3 out of 4 people) had to go to the counter to sort it out.

The place was kept clean and the rooms surprisingly quiet. The bed and the pillow were comfortable. It wasn't too far away from the subway and train stations.
