How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed there several times in the past 6 months, and sometimes it feels like there are a lot of new people at the front desk. It can be a little complicated, and they don't seem familiar with the loyalty program associated with the hotel. Also, have often thought it would nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room, and ideally slippers. Recently, the restaurant menu seems to have downsized with fewer choices - preferred the larger selection available earlier in the year.
In terms of location, if you need to be near the airport, this hotel is unbeatable. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are very comfortable. Its a business friendly hotel - can work comfortably if needed, feels safe and secure. This is definitely my preferred business hotel in Stuttgart.

This is nit-picky but the air-conditioning was loud and I ended up turning it off.
Being right next to the airport is helpful and brings a level of comfort. It's a clean and comfortable spot, has a restaurant too.

By reservation already fulfilled all the details and paid, asked in advanced for both rooms near each other. And still waited at the reception nearly 40 minutes, a credit card for 50€ booking was needed. I have asked for the bathrobe at the reception, after three hours nobody brought them, after calling them we got our bathrobes. In Wellnessarea just one sauna was turned on, no ice and showers inside had just hot water. Every family got just one card for the room. If somebody wants to go to the restaurant, to the parking etc, there was no electricity in the room. In the restaurant very reduced menu, no kids menu.

If there would be a small playground it would be perfect. But this is not a negative thing.
Hotel next to the Airport. Very large rooms. They left a nice surprise for the kids - donuts and chocolates. Thank you for that. Breakfast was good. Nice gym.

Service confirmed my request challenging (asked for French Fries instead of Potato salad - both regular side dish on the menu) as Chef seems to be very inflexible if it comes to “special” wishes. Menu is really disappointingly limited, not offering any regional specialties (or maybe the Curry Wurst has been taking in consideration🤷🏻♂️). Really sad to see that such a great, innovative and proud F&B driven Hotel Company is delivering below average today.

Hideous decor. Only one coffee mug, even in a double room.
Right at the airport - very convenient for an early morning flight. Despite that, the room was surprisingly quiet. Comfortable room. Good to be able to just leave in the morning without any checkout procedure.

There wasn’t luggage service, I carried my luggages by myself!! and you have to for parking, it costed me 44€ for around 18 hrs only!!

Ridiculously convoluted process to check in - had to book online, even though we were at reception. Booking.com confused the booking name and reception staff could only see one room not two
We were upgraded because confusion took at least 45 mins to sort out. Excellent rooms.

I could not turn off the bathroom light. I had to leave it on as the switch appeared to be broken. I could have contacted the front desk, but I checked in late and left early.
I like the location. It's right across the street from the Stuttgart Airport.

Confusing that there are two separate hotels with the same name right next to each other. Its hard to tell which is which! I went to wrong one to begin with. Better signs would have made all the difference.
Very good location, right across the road from the airport terminal. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed with great pillows, and nice shower.
