Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceI have stayed there several times in the past 6 months, and sometimes it feels like there are a lot of new people at the front desk. It can be a little complicated, and they don't seem familiar with the loyalty program associated with the hotel. Also, have often thought it would nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room, and ideally slippers. Recently, the restaurant menu seems to have downsized with fewer choices - preferred the larger selection available earlier in the year.
In terms of location, if you need to be near the airport, this hotel is unbeatable. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are very comfortable. Its a business friendly hotel - can work comfortably if needed, feels safe and secure. This is definitely my preferred business hotel in Stuttgart.

GermanyBy reservation already fulfilled all the details and paid, asked in advanced for both rooms near each other. And still waited at the reception nearly 40 minutes, a credit card for 50€ booking was needed. I have asked for the bathrobe at the reception, after three hours nobody brought them, after calling them we got our bathrobes. In Wellnessarea just one sauna was turned on, no ice and showers inside had just hot water. Every family got just one card for the room. If somebody wants to go to the restaurant, to the parking etc, there was no electricity in the room. In the restaurant very reduced menu, no kids menu.

SwitzerlandService confirmed my request challenging (asked for French Fries instead of Potato salad - both regular side dish on the menu) as Chef seems to be very inflexible if it comes to “special” wishes. Menu is really disappointingly limited, not offering any regional specialties (or maybe the Curry Wurst has been taking in consideration🤷🏻♂️). Really sad to see that such a great, innovative and proud F&B driven Hotel Company is delivering below average today.
