we didn't find the pillows comfortable and the bed was twin bed brought together rather than double size bed. it is hard to cuddle when you feel the middle :D

location was really good, comminication was nice and easy. it was super clean. Its worth to stay.

ceramic floor makes me feeling cold , the toilet is having the lamp automatic control, not convenient at all.

while Germany is cold, room was a little bit cold. the morning breakfast was like home, good feeling.

There is no elevator, so if you are not good with stairs or have heavy luggage may ask for low floors.

The location is very easy to reach. It is just two streets from the main train station. The hotel is nice and simple. The breakfast is very satisfactory. Rooms and sheets are clean.

The only thing we missed was natural light due to the fact that the hotel is in a narrow street and our room had a small window. But if there is no need to stay in the hotel and read or work, this is OK.

Great location, very close to the train station and the city center. Many shops and supermarkets in the area. The room was very comfortable and clean and the whole building was quite pleasant and nicely decorated. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and gave us useful information, instructions and tips for our trip.

There is no elevator.the size of the sink and it's lication was uncomfortable, it would be nice to have a pairs of slippers there or a small fridge.

The room was nice and clean. basic toiletries were available. It's cozy, well kept and quiet. perfect for a short stay. the instructions for self-check were easy to follow. I booked last minute and the price was very reasonable. it's 5 mins walk from the main station where you can get food, shop for essentials etc. that also means that the old town is within walking distance including major attractions. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. This isn't a charming hotel, but it certainly has the basics covered and I will most likely rebook if I travel to Cologne for one night again spontaneously.

The room was very clean but the decor is quite tired. There was tea and coffee in the roof but no cups or mugs to drink it from. The bathroom light came on when you opened the door and could not be turned off which is a bit of a pain in the night when you don't want to wake the other person.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the central station. Breakfast was good. There was a decent selection of food on offer. The value for money is th4e main advantage for this hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet with no street noise although you can hear other guests in hte lobby area if you are on the ground floor

The staff was pleasant to talk to and the location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the central station and the metro, which makes it easy to move around the city and travel to the neighbouring cities.

Room was very small for the high rate I was charged due to it being Karneval weekend, bed was very stiff and small, basically a closet for one person.

Location is great just around the corner from the Hbf. Allowed me to check in early.
