Not much to complain about honestly. Some of our group were bothered that the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, but the rest of us did not mind.

I already knew the location of the apartment was great, so no surprises there. It is very rare to find an apartment of this size and we needed a place for 8 so this was perfect! Value for money as well was hard to beat.

The flat was big, clean and freshly renovated. Kitchen/dining room was big and bright. We totally enjoyed staying there. Metro station was 3 and Alexanderplatz only 10 min. away. Thank you! :)

The shower in our room could have done with a door as it did begin to flood the bathroom, however after a DIY towel barrier all was fine!!

The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of town with great transport links, just 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz. The room was perfect for a group of friends and check in was super easy.

Rather than a double bed there are 2 singles pushed together. In the middle of the night they part and you crash to the floor.

Plenty of space and storage. Well equiped kitchen so can eat at home if you want. Big supermarket 2 minutes away. Nice quiet and secure. Home away from home.

Great facilities and a warm welcome on arrival. Really comfortable beds and apartment has everything you could need. Great location for transport to all areas of Berlin. There is plenty of variety of eateries and supermarkets close by. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks😊

We were upgraded to a bigger room, this was on the 4th floor and although the host helped taking our luggage up on arrival, as we left at 4.30am there was nobody to help take them down. Not advisable unless you are very fit.

We were upgraded, free of charge, to a 3 bedroom apartment on Metzler Str, right beside a U Bahn station. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Both members of staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

It's a studio apartment so no separate living room but that was clear from the description. Beautiful old building in town also means climbing four flights of stairs with a suitcase but that's the price you pay for staying in a beautiful old building.

Really easy because they have someone on site Monday - Friday in reception. Studio apartment was spotless. Lovely large and powerful shower. Comfortable bed. Great location with cafes and restaurants and a metro station nearby. Well equipped kitchen and heating worked well. Apartment provides a great stay.

Excellent location. You'd think it would be noisy given the street and a club, bar in between but set back in a courtyard, but perfectly quiet.

Great location. Strangely quiet considering the location. Clean, nothing wrong with the apartment whatsoever. Good size rooms. Configuration was 6 single beds in 3 rooms , kitchen and 2 big bathrooms. High quality throughout. Near shops, restaurants, bars, transport, sites etc. 2 keys provided with property and free WiFi, tea, coffee etc. Good price for the quality.

Well located apartment with easy access to public transportation and close to the center. The apartment was clean and check in and check out processes were very easy.

Trendy wooden floorboards look great but conduct a lot of sound from neighbouring apartments and stairwell. We could hear neighbours coming back from nights out at 2am... The apartment is only reachable by stairs, no lift. Not an issue for us but worth considering if you have mobility limitations.

Good quality apartment close to Alexanderplatz and public transport. Clean, spacious with all the amenities you would expect.

There were four flights of stairs to the apartment , which was more than we expected. Some of the plates that had been packed away were not clean.
