The location is great, there's many tram lines within a few minute walk. Many good places to eat or grab a beer in the evening in the area. The rooms are smaller but sufficient. All was clean and well equipped.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin and I was very well able to hear my neigbours, both next to me, and upstairs.

I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere of the court through which I passed to my room.

Nice and helpful family who runs the place. Very quiet rooms, especially the ones next to the small inner yard. The breakfast is well worth the money: for the same amount of money you would only get a coffee and a sandwich in a nearby café. A good variation of vegan/vegetarian restaurants within walking distance, for example Vegang. Kulturbrauerei is worth a visit with its free exhibition about old East Berlin.

I booked my room with about 2 months of anticipation. I said to them i would arrive outside of the "check-in time". They left me instructions on how to get inside and find my room. That was very nice from the and easy to follow. :)

The room next to the rubbish bins is not the advantage, especially, because of the noise.

Clean and neat. Everyday room service comes to make the beds, and puts teddy bears to sleep :) As well as throw the rubbish away, change the towels etc. Great service.

The wifi was unfortunately very weak and slow. Not recommendable for work trips. It threw me out of the wifi several times which is unfortunate when you're in video calls. The phone service was also really weak unfortunately in the room I stayed in.

The room was perfect. Big room and big enough bathroom. Had everything that was needed. Was not only quiet around but also very clean. You're able to reach this accommodation also super easy with public transportation

We would have liked different bedding that was light and appropriate for the warmer weather and would have loved a fan in our room.

It was clean, spacious and close to trams and trains as well as places to get coffee or a snack.

The maximum shower water temperature was rather low in the evenings, whereas in the mornings you could get hot water. We would also suggest to include a basic shampoo/shower gel in the room.

Staff is helpful and friendly, the location is very handy as tram stops for bot M2 and M10 are nearby and you could get fast anywhere in Berlin. The pillows were excellent and the room spacious and quiet.

To my mind, Pension Prenzlberg offers very good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have already recommended the establishment to a friend of mine.

Everything was fine, just a little noisy. Poor noise isolation.

Curtain rail was precarious and I had to put it back up a couple of times. Generally quiet but the walls between this room and the adjoining were thin and one night out of thirteen I was disturbed by the neighbour talking loudly on the phone well past midnight.

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful.

I thought there would also be a shower gel in the bathroom, never mind, there is a drugstore nearby.

This hotel is located in the vicinity of the busy Prenzlauerberg area, but not too much affected by it. It's within easy reach of the city centre. It has a nice family atmosphere.
