Shower plate was draining very very slow the water into room 529 (the one I used) and that is not hygienic at all to start having feet into water into a shower cabin. TV was there but always showing “kein signal” no matter what options I choose .

Very close to the Immermanstrasse area, which was our go-to destination of that weekend. Convenient both during the day and the night. Moreover, it is quite easy to find a free parking spot nearby, so no additional expenses are needed.

Right next to the station, so very easy to find. Staff were very friendly and stored my luggage for me until check-in. The reception is staffed 24 hours, too, which was helpful since I was leaving early. Good value for money.

Even though we got a new room, they didn't say anything to the little boys' family that were harassing us which was a pity ( we did say something to th families but obviously it didn't make a difference) Our rooms also weren't cleaned any of the nights we stayed

Nice staff. On the first night there were some 13 year old boys that kept harassing our room and kept hitting and kicking the door. At some point the door even opened. We complained about this and got a new room immediately!

It is really well located, close to the train station, tram lines and Little Tokyo (a neighbourhood you must visit). Even though the location is near the main station's train tracks, the sound isolation is superb. We enjoyed uninterrupted sleep throughout our stay, undisturbed by neither the passing trains nor trams. We stayed in the 5th floor. The room is great given its price. The beds are comfortable and you get different pillows depending on whether you like them soft or firm. Bathroom is beautiful and clean. You get a kettle, with coffee and tea. Wifi signal was great as well, even using the regular free wifi provided (there is a faster premium connection available). We held multiple "Teams" calls without any issues. Staff is great and helpful. If you require anything from them at any time, they will be sure to help you. Their assistance added to the overall positive experience of our stay. It's important to mention that the room is not cleaned every day (including towels) unless you really require it to be. We usually keep the same towels for at least 3 days so it was no problem for us. We also didn't get the breakfast option, but from what we saw it included assorted bread, fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

I had requested a bath tube when I made the reservation, but we ended up in a room with a shower cabin and the the person on the reception didn’t really bothered to see if they had a free room with bath tube or not. You can feel every vibrations and sounds from the rooms around you which was pretty annoying. There wasn’t a fridge in our room.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was big and very comfortable..We didn’t had any problems during our stay. It’s perfect for one or two days stay.

Hotel is one of the new hotels near the main station. Quite comfy to reach from foot when you are at the main station and for those who drive, there is a Parking building attached to the hotel (though not exclusively owned by hotel). Modern, clean rooms, sufficient size and quite comfortable.
