How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was not heated and the clima was running max at 24 degrees so it took a while until it heated up the room.

It's not really the hotel's fault but to walk to the hotel can feel really unsafe because of the lack of lights (I even have to walk under a bridge with no lights in the dark)
The room was big and nice, I really like the fact that they give a choice between two sets of pillows for people who might prefer soft or firm pillows

The only thing that we believe could be improved is the hot water as it was always mid hot temperature.
Excellent price, room and friendly staff. Rather close to the train station and Autostadt.We were happy overall!

Location is some not suitable for walking around - just sleep and go if you do not have a car; reaching hotel from the street via barrier is not comfortable as there is only grass and entrance for cars. And in our room, the water drain in the shower did not work well
New and modern Hotel. Very welcome staff. Enough space around for the free parking. Close to Autostadt and Malls.

A little bit "bumpy" hotel system - check-in and check-out take time and often lines at the reception desk. Hotel rooms could be at least one sqm larger :-) Check your receipt carefully, it has been impossible to find a direct email to the hotel later and they have only a general form on Premier Inn web with a response time of 25 days :-o
It is a very clean, modern hotel, with a nice staff. Close to Outlet Center, railway station, and VW. In the morning you can expect a fantastic, rich breakfast. Very fast wifi with seamless login without any annoying passwords.

The parking is an extra cost per day. The car park itself is nice and safe but it was a surprise to me when checking in I had an additional parking fee.
The location of the hotel is walking distance to everything there is to do and see if Wolfsburg. The hotel is very clean and well kept with fantastic staff who speak many languages. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations and even the bar food was very nice. In all I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay!

to be honest with you in the morning it went a little bad I almost said the opposite and hated your establishment for a lack of communication and behavior even if they thought they would make up for it I just didn't want to give a bad rating because I really appreciated the first day the welcome was magnificent which I did not appreciate for a reception manager she must keep calm so as not to get angry with the customers, I was a mystery shopper, don't worry don't worry, you will get a good rating for your establishment

50m walk next to the railway till the outlet, but the area is undergoing development, so it's only a matter of time to have it all nice.
Modern, clean, new hotel, decorated with taste, practically furbished. 2 mins walk to outlet with shops, restaurants and 5 mins to Autostadt. Helpful staff

The staff were not very helpful when it came to the parking at this point I still don't know if paid for park 5 times or none. The area they send you for food is lacking in food.

We had to change the preodered room because there was a smoke smell which was quite unxepected. But the issue was quickly solved and I was given another room for disabled people. The room was spacious and silent although it was next to the corridor door which was quite loud. Anyway the hotel is recommended and nice to stay in.
The brand-new hotel is very cosy and nice to saty in. The personnel is helpful and kind. Small issue was quickly solved. Breakfast was tasty and ordinary. Parking is available.
