Parking is free in open spaces but you have to pay 9.50 euro for the garage, even if you have an overnight stay. I accept that, looks quite common in Germany, maybe cost could be lower

A relaxing and serene hotel, conveniently situated on the edge of the Black Forest (what a view!). The rooms are pleasant, contemporary, and spotless. Breakfast was offering a diverse selection. Pool and sauna rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the latter being slightly compact. The service provided was welcoming and fitting

The room was clean and had a very nice terrace with mountain view! Everything in the room was working well, and the towels and bathrobes were provided for the spa. The spa area was clean and had two nice pools, as well as some refreshers (water and tea) available. All in all, a very pleasant stay :)

- No dedicated parking spots, have to hunt for a spot every day. Each reservation should come with a dedicated parking spot, even if that costs extra - No WiFi on the balcony - I guess the reflective layer in the glass is metallic

Pros: - Big, sunny room, big balcony, great view (4th floor) - Clean nice, tidy - Bidet in the bathroom (!)

Breakfasts are quite decent and a large selection of dishes, but monotonous during longer stay - identical products in the same place for several years. Steamed scrambled eggs are sometimes less and sometimes more dried. The prices of meals in the restaurant are the best kept secret.

Wellness area with pool and saunas are biggest advantage of this hotel. A large room with a balcony and a beautiful view are another advantage. Nice and smiling staff.

A great hotel with great spa. Unfortunately I couldn’t book a treatment because it needs to be booked a week ahead of time, which the hotel sends an e-mail about but because I booked through booking the hotel doesn’t have my e-mail. So if you book through booking check out the treatments ahead of time and call the hotel directly 😁

BREAKFAST!!! Staff very kind and friendly. Big room with terrace. Hard shower. Fantastic mattress. The view is spectacular.

1. The massage was not worth spending money on. The masseuse was just rubbing back and shoulders in stead of massaging the muscles. 2. It was a bit disappointing and not very hospitable in my opinion to pay extra for parking, in such an already expensive hotel.

Great food, friendly staff, short walk to the town center, nice and clean room. Great spa area with relaxing chairs on balcony and great view.

I experienced a wonderful customer service especially from Ms. Merho T. during breakfast and sorry, if i spelt her her name wrongly. I loved her way of interacting with the guests. I have never felt such welcoming atmosphere before. I am planning my next trip back to the schwarwald panorama hotel already.

We booked a small apartment but the kitchen was completely bare on our arrival. Upon request we received the kitchenware but the timing was a bit difficult with our toddler. The check-in is late in the afternoon and we had to wait a bit for the kitchenware to arrive. I would have preferred if we were warned upfront, or asked at the check-in if we needed pots and pans. Who travels with those to a hotel?

The staff was very nice and looked after us. We loved the breakfast. The choice and variety was definitely up to expectations. The proximity to the Black Forest is amazing, it's just out the driveway.

Beds could be a bit longer and wider (we are tall). Sauna : only 2 cabins. There should be a booking / planning system, otherwise the waiting time is endless .... Bar only open from 22 h on.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Plenty of space in the appartment, also in the bathroom. Bottle of water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast Buffet was excellent, with high quality bio produce. Very nice spa area with swimming pool and Whirlpool. Good Corona concept with plenty of hand sanitizers on every floor. Had a very relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

The room doesn't have airconditioning and is not well isolated. which results in a lot of noise from neighbors/staff which was not so nice for me.
