I can stay it was the best hotel and best room. Especially sauna with suite was incredible. Everyone was so nice, so helpful was a great experience. Breakfast was so nice too, just ordered what we want. Really perfect place to stay.

A lot went well. A reservation for the restaurant, although they were 'booked out' The atmosphere of the old building is superb. Breakfast á la carte. Very unusual, but such a great experience.

An excellent hotel in a very old and intetesting building. Top refurbished into an old and very nice style. Everything very ok from the reseption, via restaurant down to the nice cellar bar.

Parking is a bit odd, as it is in a public garage. We had to pay for the first day of parking, since we didn't know we could have the ticket validated. The first day the parking garage was so packed, we had to wait and look for a spot for 10 minutes. We stayed for two nights and the room wasn't serviced during that time. I don't mind that too much, but for 250€ a night in Stralsund, I would expect at least the beds to be prepared and the sinks to be wiped daily.

The place is just lovely, we had a suite with in-room sauna. The view to the old city was beautiful. The house is historic but well maintained, the whole place feels great and authentic. The staff was always nice and helpful. The place is very close to the marina and the city center. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Breakfast was nice, though you had to book a time slot in advance.

Maybe will be better to have some nice and calm music at the sauna area.

The location of the hotel is convenient and very close to the harbour. Many different kinds of the breakfast that you can choose, very nice coffee(which the roast by themselves.) For our point of view its better than buffet, so it is less wasted. The environment of the hotel is very nice , I think it's very suitable for couple not so for kids. Staff in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. We are surprise they still have concierge to show the Hotel for us. Sauna place is suuuuuper nice and luckily its only us when we used it.

- young trainees in the restaurant served us breakfast in the morning on our last day. There is a huge difference in terms of the service of the experienced restaurant employees and the trainee ones. Please ensure your trainees are well trained before they serve the guests. Otherwise, your high level of service quickly becomes quite unpleasant. - Some hotel staff treat customers wonderfully and some others at a mediocre level. Ensure all employees have a high quality customer service in an aligned manner.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Within walking distance to all the sights. Breakfast is a treat; choose delectable delights from the menu at your own pace. You have to choose a time slot so be aware of that but for us it was no problem. The restaurant is also worth a visit.

This is a gorgeous hotel in an old building. My room was spacious and comfortable and full of character. The staff were very helpful and brought my bags to the room and drove me back to the station when I left - I hadn't realised but they can also pick you up if you request! The attached restaurant has outstanding food and a gorgeous historic interior. I can't recommend it enough and would love to come back!

This is a great centrally located, unique hotel with easy garage parking right across the street from the back entrance. Rooms are comfortable, beautifully renovated, and each has its own individual history. The on site restaurant is great and the interior courtyard has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially to our dog.
