We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Exceptional boutique hotel and restaurant in Mering, close to Augsburg and on main rail line from Munich thereto. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, wonderful evening meal and outstanding breakfast the following morning. 10 out of 10.

We booked a standard room, but were upgraded to the junior suit. We were also allowed to check out 2 hours later w/o extra cost. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The room was clean and wi-fi reception was perfect.

Lovely and accommodating staff who were happy to stay late for our short notice arrival after a cancelled flight! Rooms were the biggest I've come across in my travels and had all the amenities of a studio flat for a really great price. Great gated parking and an overall lovely atmosphere- would certainly stay here again if I'm ever in the region.
