Our room overlooked the main road, which was busy at times and a bit noisy.

Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel decor very chic, beds are really comfortable. Location is excellent.

Amazing hotel with gorgeous rooms, and very clean. Amazing & friendly staff even leaving a bottle of prossecco in the room as we were on holiday for a birthday. Also in an excellent location and very easy to get anywhere in berlin from here with all the trams and trains so close by. would definitely stay again and recommend!

I loved the style and decor of this hotel. The entrance way had a lovely smell as you entered which was always a delight to walk into. The staff, particularly Dan, were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay everything we wouldn’t it to be. Nothing was too much trouble and some great recommendations were made about the area. Also the bonus was the bath, I’ve never seen one so big and plenty of hot water and toiletries.

Carpet very worn, dusting needed for the shower head and other areas of the room, and kettle and coffee machine also looked dusty and dirty so I had to clean before use. Hair and rings in cup. Didn’t realize from the description that the restaurant in the hotel no longer serves lunch or dinner, so that was a major shame for us.

Speaker, coffee machine, kettle, and bath products were all good touches. Breakfast was interesting, but enough to purchase only one of our mornings. Good vents in shower and toilet areas. I believe I didn’t get the hotel room upgrade booking said I would.

Fantastic location, check out the wool shop 2 doors down. Many restaurants/bars on the door step. Excellent and friendly staff. Very comfy bed. Free beer at check in.... Couldn't fault it really

Wonderful helpful staff, great location & extremely comfy bed. My Deluxe Double room was huge & had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was included & I found there was enough choice & the scrambled eggs I had were delicious.

Everything is perfect in this hotel! I would say is the best hotel where we ever stayed ( and I’m traveling a lot)! When we booked this hotel I was reading all those comments and I was very nervous because this trip to Berlin was surprise gift for my boyfriends birthday - but when we entered it was already outstanding! It’s starts with fantastic smell, everything is so modern! Very friendly staff from all over the world who speaks different languages (German as well).They offer you welcome drinks. About the room : omg! So modern room and it’s huge.I seen comments about how small those rooms are - I have a question : did you stayed in Radisson or Pullman? In the room is everything you need - a good hair dryer which is always a headache for me ( sorry Valera), coffee machine, kettle , Marshall speaker. It was so lovely to receive bottle of Prosecco and card with cute words on my boyfriend’s birthday. And I loved reception - you feel so welcomed there, it was fantastic idea to make it as a table. My advice to all those who wrote negative feedbacks - stay at home.

The matras/bed and cushions were too soft for me. I personally need firmer support. The light over the sink was very badly placed and I couldn't do my makeup.

Very cosy rooms with personal touch. Very friendly reception. Shower was great and the towels were very fluffy. Location is great with the S bahn very close by and also a lot of restaurants nearby. The bathroom is part of the room. This didn't bother us and we knew it upfront because of the photos. I can understand that it might be uncomfortable for some, but we didn't mind.

I didn't like the 1st room allotted to me, was way too small.. but the 2nd one wasn't big either.. so that's a drawback. Breakfast was good, but had very limited options, didn't have hashbrowns which I love in breakfast.

The location was nice.. had a lot of eat-out places and cafes nearby.. the office is also a km walk away. The area behind the reception with the wall painting view, was cozy and beautiful. The staff was helpful and kind too.

I stayed in the smallest room, which might be a little small for two persons since you cannot really walk around the bed. I was on my own so it was perfect, but with two I would choose a larger room. I am quite short and really had to stretch to be able to open the window. But again: I absolutely loved this hotel alltogether!

Beautiful hotel with absolute excellent service! Very friendly and very helpful. Great location a few steps from the S-Bahn and lots of restaurants, shops etc nearby. Nice bed, nice shower, nice lighting, nice espresso maker in room.

I usually prefer not to use housekeeping services during short stays, to save up resources. This time I asked for housekeeping only once during my stay, so that i would have my bed sheets changed, but instead my bed was just put up nicely back in place, with the same sheets. Maybe I needed to do something to show that the sheets need to be changed (maybe put a card on the bed, or put the sheets on the floor, etc.) but there were no instructions on how to do it. Anyways, it was not a big deal, since my stay was a short one.

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel style, the old building it is located in. Breakfast was not super large, but it was delicious.
