We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandClean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts, great coffee. When staying in a hotel, ask for free transport tickets. This gives you the opportunity to travel around Lörrach, but also to Basel or Freiburg, free of charge. Underground parking is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 per week.

United KingdomUnfortunately the bed was not to our liking but that's just our preference. There was nothing wrong with the mattress or the actual bed, just a bit too firm for us that's all.
The location was superb. The facilities in the apartment were more than sufficient. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Location for the center is good and parking easy as under the hotel. It is paid parking but 12 euros for 12hours is ok.

Right next to town centre, good car park beneath the hotel. Easy 30min walk over the border to visit the Beleyer Foundation (that's what we came for)! Room spacious clean and comfortable, good functioning bathroom, thanks.

ItalyThis was the second time I booked a room in this hotel within a short timeframe between last time and this time. Both reservations during transit and last minute. The first time with more persons and a dog, this time alone with the dog. Therefore, my reservation was different this time and although the description mentioned a smaller room, the room was very spacious. Although it was situated at the "road site", it was very silent. The lady at the desk was very helpful, thoughtful and very kind with the dog. The price / quality ratio is very good ! Next time I am in transit and need a room in that area, I will for sure book again in this hotel.

GermanyWe were double charged for same room twice. After one month of ping pong emails and phone calls, we still dont' have our money paid back. Booking confirmed that we did win the case but no money received. Staff will reimburse the money to account that they own and no money will get to your account. After phone calls, they would claim about virtual cards and booking.com problems. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get double charged.

After millions of emails management claims to be on vacation and on but you never receive the double booking back. Paypal says that payment was correct while booking says the paid back to card number which does not exist. Be careful.
