The open-air-parkplace in front of the hotel is so much cheaper than the hotel's garage.

The rooms are rather tiny. We slept for the one night so didnt affect that much but if I were to stay longer it might get a bit stuffy. Maybe some more non German channels although I understand that most of the tourists will be German.

water pressure was low in all 5 rooms on all days (reported on first day), breakfast so-so, no gym, price was EUR 185/night on average which we felt was high

The last few times, everything was perfect, but this time, the bathroom wasn't clean well. The biggest problem this time was the reception staff, which was not friendly, and also, they made a mistake on the invoice by billing twice the pet fee instead of once the pet fee and twice for breakfast. Because of that, we had a problem when we came down for breakfast. The breakfast also was not so varios and nice as before.

We liked the room and the bed was comfortable.

Parking garage was occupied and reservation wasn't possible. Also the parking around the hotel was closed so we parked in a front of the coffee shop...

It was a little long from the town centre and no restaurants near by.

I was charged for parking for the 2 nights that I stayed, but on the 2nd night the parking was full and I did not get refunded for the 2nd night. I had to park on the street at extra fee. Parking on the street was much cheaper than the hotel parking.

Nice and modern hotel with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and good HVAC system especially when AC was needed during the hot days. I like the wireless speaker system in the room which enabled me to pair it with my phone and listen to my tunes. The rooms are well insulated from noise. Definitely would consider this hotel again.

Great hotel on the edge of the city. The underground car park is to the rear of the building. Our room was well finished with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very good. There were vending machines in the reception area with a good selection food and drinks. Its a 15 min walk into the centre.

Some people smoke directly at the entrance - it was unpleasant to go through the smoke to the entrance door. Perhaps another place could be dedicated for smokers.

Location is perfect, directly at the railway/ bus station. Design of the rooms is very nice. Good value for money.

the hotel does not have a guest laundry, there is no closet in the room. there is no iron and ironing board for pressing shirts.

I enjoyed the breakfast but the dishes needed to be refilled more quickly, especially as you pay quite a lot for it.

The location is great and the room really clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. We love the hop decor.
