Breakfast for 15 euros is definitely over priced compared to the quality and choices available. 10 euros would have been a correct price to quality ratio.

The lady at the desk was very knowledgable in the history of the town and very helpful. Rooms were rather big and clean.

The cleaning staff sometimes woke me up at around 8:30 in the morning to do their job. If I told them that I wasn't needing cleaning that day, they would leave, and they were very kind, but still, they woke me up before I would have liked to in my vacation.

The facilities were very good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location, though not very central, wasn't far enough to be a nuisance when visiting the old medieval town.

We liked everything in general. However we bought the breakfast one morning (15€ per adult), and I think it was overprised. They did tell us that they were out of some salmon and some other things they usually have, but I would still have expexted a higher quality of the bread for example, som homebaked bread or something like that would have made it a lot better (so not a higher quantity of things, just a higher quality of the things that were there).

The hotel had given us a bathtub because we had asked if it was possible to have a room with a bathtub. We were very thankful!

The hotel worked out very well for us. We were travelling on so needed a hotel that was easy to get to by car with easy parking and the hotel was perfect in that regard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and up to date with a large room. It's a little bit of walk to get into the centre of Lübeck itself, but that was a trade-off we'd already made when booking.

Traveller hotel was conveniently situated. Room was really large and nice. Parking lot could have been better indicated, but regardless, we found a spot in front of the hotel.

2 things to be noted: - Really loud traffic sounds. You cant escape this considering the shape of the hotel and the placement of the rooms. - Housekeeping staff. We stayed for 3 nights. Everytime we told them there was no shampoo, they said they will fill it and no one did.

-Staff at the reception. Very friendly - Room size - Balcony - Kitchenette - Overall cleanliness, - Washing: We were able to wash our clothes.

Overall it was good, but many small things that weren't that nice: - None of the things like watercooker, fridge, were available - No safe for valuables - The whole hotel was very hot, including the room, but there was no way to control it, except opening windows - Air Conditioner was available but apparently turned off - Breakfast was not very good, especially for its high price. I took it only one day and then preferred to go to bakeries etc.

Nice staff, overall everything was fine. I stayed 2 weeks, so it was nice that for just a few cents, I could use the washing machine and tumble dryer. But you need to have coins for it! It was also nice that I could keep my bicycle safely in their underground garage.

Not much dinning options nearby. When I visited, the elevator is not functioning. The staff was very apologetic about that. I am fine with it since my luggage was quite light. I hope they have fixed the elevator now.

The staff is very friendly. The room is both clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborghood of Lubeck. Parking is easy and free here.
