The internet is very very poor!

We stayed here for a month and I would like to specifically mention the cleaning lady TINKA!!! She is the best amongst all the other cleaners. She is so respectful and kind and she deserves a raise! Thank you, Tinka!

Wrong room number was sent without informing. The room had a moisture smell. Hygiene is 6/10. Towels had a moisture bad smell.

Good location, good price. Steps were sent in details in photo (there was a difficulty with opening the key box, but I was able to call the facility and learn how to open the box).

The communal area was dark and dingy and people hung out in the kitchen smoking under the stovehood.

This location has great potential. The rooms and bathroom was very large as was the commutal area and kitchen. Communication with the Host was excellent and Abel who was on site was very helpful.

Dirty towels with hairs in them and old very very used bedsheets. And the smell in the kitchen was really bad. The hospital feeling will nurse buttons.

The entrance and key lockbox were difficult to locate. It took us 30-40 minutes of walking around until we found someone that spoke German to help us and call the owner. The owner sent photos of the lockbox and entrance, but due to slow internet on my phone, the photos did not appear until long after we had called the owner do get directions and instructions and we had arrived in our room and connected to Wi-Fi. The owner is not present at the property and you can only reach him by phone call, text or WhatsApp. There is a large common area with some tables and a small kitchen for guests. It seems a bit industrial and a bit depressing as if it were an office building and the rooms have been converted from prior office space. All room doors face the common area. The cleanliness and appearance of the common area was mediocre. I saw some stains on the wood laminate floor where perhaps people had spilled coffee. That would be easy to clean. The rooms seemed to be occupied by traveling workers, possibly salesmen, that wanted the most inexpensive accommodations possible. There was no toilet paper. I sent two messages to the owner and after five minutes went out searching for some. I could not obtain toilet paper from the common area bathrooms but a guest in a different room gave me a roll of toilet paper from his room. The shower has no shower curtain. The king-sized mattress was comfortable, but the it only came with a fitted sheet and two comforters. I found a long hair attached to the comforter so I wondered if it was really clean. The pillows were uncomfortable. My pillow was filled with feathers and they poked through the pillow case and were scratchy. My wife was not happy with her pillow either. If we had to stay in Ramstein one more night, we would have stayed at a hotel.

It was an inexpensive place to stay (I see the prices have gone up since we stayed there) for one night while we waited for our flight at Ramstein Air Base. The room was clean and basic. The room was large with a king-sized bed and a large bathroom. Our room and the entire facility was quiet. It is a five minute walk to the train platform in Ramstein and about a 25 minute walk to the west gate at the Ramstein Air Base (or a 10 euro taxi ride to the air terminal).

I didn't figure out the WiFi, if available. Also the direction and name of the accommodation was confusing to find. Table was quite dirty.

I like the price at which I got the room. Convenient check in, host answer to call, parking, satisfactory clean room for the price.

It was completely different from the room in the picture. The bed, blanket, desk, chair, shower, and everything were so dirty and unhygienic that I left immediately after checking the room. Owner, please have a conscience and refund the money.
