Hotel is different compared to the standard hotels, very hip and interesting. The room was huge. Mini bar is free, can ask for refill of coffee and mini bar if you need. So many things they provide for free that indicates to me that they care, big shopping bag in the room that you can use, ambarella at the desk, etc. What's also nice, if you like these items, you can buy them. Very, very central. You can walk to everything in town

Great hotel - beautiful decor, fun atmosphere and nice staff. The property has a gym, sauna, two bars, coffee shop and a restaurant. There is also a fun store on the main floor and while our stay there was a pop up store also. A comfortable “hygge” room with pillows and record players. Free water, beer and snacks- as much as you want :) Location is great, just above strøget the main shopping street in Copenhagen. Easy walk to Nyhavn and Tivoli. Transportation is also easy from the hotel,near Nørreport station that goes straight to Copehagen airport (M2). Very very happy with this place.

Their room cleaning - or rather lack thereof. I understand the environmental aspect, and hotels I’ve stayed in haven’t been doing linens and fresh towels for years now - I get it. But they refrained from touching our room at all. We were left with our used coffee grounds (on the plate they provided), dirty glasses, full bins. Surely a bit of a room reset is in order and can be done without creating any laundry.

I wish the gym were better equipped; it's hard to have a proper workout with the current facilities and equipments which are rather limiting.

breakfast service poor and those lovely vintage typewriters need repair! It is also expensive to stay there.

The location was very central for my visit, there was a rowing machine etc. in the spacious spa/gym area, very helpful staff, and a great bed. The quirky touches throughout and special places, such as record-playing room, hidden garden, and other public spaces make it such a fun and relaxing place to come "home" to each day. I would love to stay again.

We loved the overall vibe of the hotel, it was well designed & quirky with obvious attention to detail. The food in the restaurant for dinner, breakfast & the cafe were all amazing. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, especially the waitress in the restaurant on our first night who was exceptional The hotel was well located & super convenient. Bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, mini bar was a nice touch We loved it.

Several steps required to bring luggage to check in desk. No service staff to assist you. Steps elsewhere as well. Not helpful for anyone with physical limitations.

No outside view ...just 2 velux windows looking at the sky.. we upgraded to a room with a connection to outside space before we travelled..we paid and got confirmation..but on arrival were told it wasn't available.. money was refunded but still very disappointed . Made it feel a bit like student accommodation at 5 star prices.
