Could be a little cleaner ( window sills, outside), bed linen really old and worn out (but clean).

Very comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, quite spacious, we slept very well.

The secluded location. Bus 10 is about 2mins walk from location. Bus 10 goes directly to the Cenrtum from where you can catch a train or metro to various places.

Tv channels were missing and were not fixed during our stay, toilet was rocking when sitting on it, fridge froze stuff so it had to be thrown out. People smoking right outside our room so you couldn't have the window open. Towels have seen better days.

Like that you can cook your own meals, however some knobs were broken. The double bed was comfy, the sofa less so. Location is good, a nice bakery up the road, station is a bit far when having lots of luggage but good connections for going round town.

The apartment was not very clean especially the kitchen. We were not supplied with towels and drying towel for kitchen.

I tried contacting the host for 24h prior to check in for the lock box code via the whatsapp number provided by the host and booking.com own messaging service. I received no reply. I ended up having to call the host shortly before check in. After a bit of back and forth I finally received the information I needed. I also received no instructions regarding check out so I just put the key back on our last day. The entire apartment lacks cleanliness. I initially assumed the other reviews mentioning this were simply from people with high standards. I am a simple, uncomplicated traveller and I too noticed the lack of cleanliness. The bed side table was dusty when we arrived! The fan filter in the bathroom is so dirty, the filter is completely useless. There are cob webs in the corner of the shower. The single tea towel we were provided had stains on it. It was clean (had been washed) but the stains were still there. The sponge was dirty and we didn't dare to use it. The bathroom is ridiculous. There is no barrier between the shower and the rest of the room so any time you shower you flood the whole room! Due to this there is quite a lot of mould especially on the bathroom door. The kitchen is pretty sparse. The key hole desperately needs some oiling. I had half a mind to stop by the home improvement store 200m away and getting some WD40 to fix it myself. When we returned home from a long day of exploring Copenhagen, the first thing that hit us after opening the door was the smell. It reminded me oh so much of a swimming pool bathroom. Probably because the moisture from the shower has no where to go. We had to open the windows to air out the flat before doing anything. To the hosts: - oil the key hole/key - clean out the bathroom vent/filter - change the bathroom door - put a barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom - clean everything! That's all you need to do to make a lovely apartment. It'll take like a weekend.

The beds were comfy and the WiFi was solid. The location is alright if you don't mind taking public transport and walking. It's a nice quiet area.

the television dit not work, despite desparate attempts by a gentleman who showed eventually up after a phone call This was very inconvenient because we had hoped to follow the World Championsships Atheletics. The shower equipment was very shaky and the water did not run to the sink but went into the kitchen.
