We would have needed some more cupboard space, drawers as well as hanging space. The bathroom concept with the shower not separated from the rest of the bathroom (so the entire floor gets wet and the water doesn't even fully run off into the drain but pools by the toilet) is just annoying. I think this is some kind of Danish standard but it should seriously be rethought as there is just no benefit to it. Also missing from the bathroom was a makeup mirror so I had to lean over the large sink area to be able to make up my face with some acceptable lighting. On the second last day our room was not made up and the mini bar fridge was out of order or simply not switched on.

The room was spacious and comfy with a desk and chair, small sofa, big TV and queen-size bed. The bathroom was big and accessible, and the fitness center was clean and well set up. The hotel is located a short walk from the metro which takes you anywhere in the city very quickly. The personnel was attentive, friendly and very helpful.

The room we were in had some damaged furniture. However there was nothing serious to really worry about.

Cleaning was terrible, first, we needed to change the room since the room we checked in was not prepared. In the second room, there were stains in the bed. Bathroom was also not properly cleaned.

The bed and pillows were very soft but this is personal preference, my friend found them to be comfortable.

Hotel is well presented and has a nice atmosphere. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Nice touches such as the fresh fruit and chilled water in the lobby. Rooms are very clean, nice soft towels, small fridge, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, very short walk to the metro station with frequent links to the airport and town centre. A couple of shops and small cafe bars nearby.

Nothing much or significant.The partition between the bed and the toilet was glass which was half translucent and half see through, which might me little uncomfortable at times. Also the breakfast didnt have any counter or options for ordering thjngs like omlette or may be fresh crepes,but nevertheless there were lot of options for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was good with good access to public transport, just 5 min walk from metro station.The rooms were clean and comfortable and good in space for family also.Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located close to the metro station so very easy to get there. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The first room we were allocated in Tower , following paying for an upgrade was horrifically unclean. Went to reception and showed them pictures of this. The lady on reception was very apologetic and helpful in changing/upgrading our room which was great (Tower 1). All in all, no other staff really interacted with us, we also didn’t use any facilities so can’t speak on them.

Location is good, nice views too.

There appeared to be no restaurant options for dinner, however, there were a couple of options close to the hotel.Nothing to do around the hotel as out of town in the conference area.

The hotel was perfect for our needs given my daughter was competing at a Hyrox competition in the adjacent conference halls. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. Easy to reach from the metro station. The breakfast offering was excellent.

It would have been perfect if the spa was open. I was dying to relax in the pool at the end of the day so that was a big disappointment. Our TV didn't work but I only wanted the charging point so it was no big miss and they would have happily changed our room but we declined.

I loved how peaceful this was. It's such a big hotel that you never heard other doors banging etc from neighbours. Also the breakfast was fantastic, so much choice. It's expensive but we just had it on certain days. Staff were really cheerful and helpful.

Poor housekeeping facilities. So disappointed for such a hotel. We did a complain but nothings changed. They didn’t refill the shower bottle. They don’t change the soap. The let us with out renewing the coffee supplies even the toilet paper. And the worst they didn’t clean properly the floor even the furniture. First time in a hotel I saw the arrangement of the bed and pillows sooooo bad. We are really disappointed. Also they are not replace the used glasses. 5 days the glasses was there and they didn’t change them.

The welcome fruits and water was amazing idea and we like it. Also we loved the Levander pillows bags you can take every night.

There are windows at the toilet in the room from which you can look into the bathroom, which is kind of odd. The Spa and Wellness area is fully closed.

Very good location; close to a train station that can get you into the city within 20 minutes. Has a grocery store close by as well. The room was clean and comfortable with a decently good view.
