Check out is at 10am and then the entry code changes. If you leave the property and want to reenter you’re hooped. Coffee wasn’t that great. Better to get one from the bakery across the street.

Easy to access, check in and check-out without a person to interact with. No frills breakfast. Free parking.

You really need to change your check in system! I got 10 mails sms and used alot of time to find the code to come in!! The code was put in many times and I had to wait a few minutes for the system to reset. To be able to do it again ( After 11 the code didn't work and I had to nok on windows to get my bags. I went out to smoke for 5 minute's. Breakfast is good also the very professional food chef. Overall a very Bad experience!! This the worst review I have written and I have been in most countries! For Danish standards it can not get lower! Sorry but it had to be said so you can hopefully change things at your hotel😉

There is nobody on reception, phoneline only on danish - spend 1hr to get into the hotel, no laundry service offered, room was never cleaned for a 7 days of stay. In the roim there is an Electrical ketlle, but no cups, cofee or tea,. No A/C (or no instruction on how to use it), need to open a windows and as a result unexpected rain flooding trough the opened window. One day, at 0500 security system in the room start alarming. The llight in the bathroom is living by its own life and switching on and off by itself. The bed is combined of two single beds with toppers on each, and this topper is alwas sliding out

Clean and white linens, available parking, breakfast included. If you plan to stay in the room called Banking - then only a price with a good discount worth it.

- the fact that everything was so automatic and impersonal, no human being seen except at the breakfast. This is sad... - the room door was closed at 10 AM sharp. I came at 10:03 from Breakfast the door was locked and I had to call the "remote" receptionist to be able to pick up the luggage that stayed in the room. - the city was totally "dead" on Saturday evening, no way to get something late to eat. I had to drive to Sonderborg for that.

no staff (code instead of keys), so nobody to ask about parking etc.while there. Also, you can hear all noise from the hall, and the rooms next to yours, plus the traffic.

I only saw the message with the key code late and it would have been a problem, had we arrived at the time that the reception was not manned. Would have been useful to get that information a few days before arrival, and not while travelling.

I think that furnitures was a bit outdated which gave the experience of the room a little bit less positive than otherwise. The hotel was without people in the reception. Not a problem for us, but it gave a slight odd feeling that there was no one to talk to when we had questions

It could be nice to have a restaurant or a café bar in the evening. The breakfast area was closed after the breakfast was served.

there was a door into the corridor, slamming at night and in the morning when people was passing. quite annoying if you wanted to sleep.

The bed covering was surprisingly quite dirty - stains were clearly visible and off-putting. The walls are quite thin with sounds from other rooms audible.

I very much liked the ease of access. Excellent communication beforehand: the entrance and room pin, and even a YouTube link with directions to my room (named after royals) made it all very intriguing and different. Grand ambiance and charm befitting a former town hall converted into a hotel. Patricia in the breakfast hall was warm, friendly and a credit to the hotel. Will definitely stay again when driving through.

I would say it's not worth the price we paid for it. For that amount you expect more luxury and more modern apartment. The shower door was only half functioning (apptmnt Anne Marie) so the bathroom floor flooded quickly.

Breakfast was good. Place is okay and spacey, but way overpriced. With windows open could be a bit a noisy. It's a very plain and somewhat empty apartment. If you don't expect any luxury or cosy atmosphere, you might be okay here :)

Nice hotel. No reception. You get a door code bij mail. Works perfect but like a peron at the reseption more. very clean and nice but small room. For one night perfect together with the fantastic breakfast.
