It was a bit difficult to find the house on our own. The place is entirely dark in winter times, so despite that we arrived before dinner time we had to search through in the dark to find the cottage. And, although that is not entirely the fault of the camping, the road was badly damaged by the high amounts of rain, making some places difficult to drive through with the car

The cottage was clean and well looked after. Upon entering, the place looked even better and more cosy than on the photos and everything was in working order.

Many dead wasp´s in the house I did not know in advance that there is just a lether to the upper bed, on the picture not good to see, so not really comfortable to reach. Shop already closed by 6pm , no restaurant in the surroundings, maybe beacuse of the season.

we was disappointed to get to the property and find we had no bedding as didn’t receive an email saying this was separate and wasn’t clear on booking.com we found £27 for bedding (which wasn’t all there per person was a lot. second night we got there and the front gate wouldn’t open the code wouldn’t work and no one around to help had to park the car and walk with our young baby In the rain to our cabin!!!!

At arival we found out that the swimmingpool was closed while this as one of the main reasons to select this camping.

The internet was a bit lacking during our stay (sometimes below 1 MB/s). Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance which was a shame.

We really enjoyed the fact that the camp is really close to the sea. It took us 6 min to get to the nearby beach. The camp itself is really quiet and clean. The two cabins we rented were well equipped with everything you would need. It was great to find a charcoal fire pit outside the cabin. There is also a restaurant on site if you wish to eat there.

The cabin were not so clean. Found a old sock under one of the beds, covered in dust. Also VERY dirty knives in the kitchen drawers.

We had big issues with internet. The wifi at times was nonexistent. The price included facilities like pool, jacuzzi but none were functional.

The property is wonderful in a great location. The staff behaviour was wonderful.

We booked the property at 120€, later receiving info that bed linen and cleaning is not included. By arrival received info that bed linen is 14€ per/person and 78€ final cleaning(total additional costs:150€). Non of the additional costs were on the booking page nor in the confirmation msg. If you realy need to stay there, take your own bed linen (IKEA set 6€) and be ready to clean the bungalos by yourself. We did not support that scam and went back on German side and spend 80€ for b&b apartment.

Very noisy until 11pm. I thought I’d booked to stay on a camp site, not a bad night club. wouldn’t have been quite so bad if the singer could hold a tune.

There was no one present by the time I arrived, which was not communicated at the time of the booking. Because of this I could not rent any linen so there were no bedlinen etc available. Contact by phone did not feel friendly. Showers were cold. Be sure to read the small details, such as extras being charged.

One day before our arrival, we received info from camp that water pool inside the camp is broken down and it is not possible to use. Based on this we decided to cancel our accomodation. We received confirmation from the camp: ... "We made a case and you will get the whole amount of money back. It can unfortunately take up to 2-3 weeks."... Ater 3 weeks we did not receive any money back. We sent several mails to rigaard@firstcamp.dk - no answer at all. We tried to conctat camp via booking ... Currently is it more than 6 weeks and we did not receive any money back.

The biggest cottage was smaller then what the pictures is showing. There are two beds on the loft but there is a ladder to get there. If you are old or having smaller children it could be dangerous to climb to the loft. No towels or linen are included and you need to have your own cleaning materails if you do it by yourself. The vacum cleaner was broken in our cottage.

The pool was okey. There is a beach when you walk down the road with sand. We stayed for one night and that was ok.

The madrases were at their end date, not super comfortable. Found 200kr for bedding (2 people) on top of the rent a bit expensive.
