No coffee/tea-making facilities in room. Boring decor.

Nothing to complain about at all

The bed was extremely comfortable, we both slept so well. The breakfast choices were amazing and catered for lactose and gluten intolerancces. We noted reviews moaning about the TV not tilting away from the wall but in honesty we just moved the pillows against the wall, problem solved. The outside terrace views were stunning, making lovely morning's and evening's memories spent with good food and wine.

Weird that there's no shower curtain or something, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower, including the toilet.

The room was a bit small but that was expected. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and the hotel is very clean and spacious.

It was a very well-kept hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Unique surroundings, close to the sea, harbour and the forest.

We did not really see a member of staff in our one night stay. we arrived after 3 so the reception was closed and keys left out for us. in the morning at breakfast there were no staff around should we have any problems or requests. the only person we saw was as we checked out. The rooms were tiny even the ‘standard double’ and carpets and chairs were stained. the bedding and towels were clean and the beds comfortable but these were the only plus points. The showers in both our rooms were broken and would not stay up at any height. the bathroom was clean but tired, fan did not work and there was mould in the corners.

The hotel smells awful ......it smells even worse when you walk into your room. The hotel has very old furnishings, smells horrible, the beds are horribly small...my wife and I had to sleep facing sideways , so we could both be on the bed. The room is so small that two people can't get along. Breakfast was ok.

the gym was non existent and the whole building looks worn out. pool table and game area was dirty and not in good condition. that ran out of shampoos for the whole hotel and just added extra small soaps (not like you can wash you hair in that !)

The location is great and breakfast was good. restaurant facilities looked great. staff was sweet. coffee island was nice. we probably had the best room in the whole hotel. other rooms was very small.

There are many things wrong with this hotel. It's rundown and in need of repair, it's dirty, the shower was broken and we asked a number of times to either get it repaired or move room, the staff were very unhelpful. See attached photos for examples. There were no staff or other guests staying on the Sunday and we were literally locked out of the hotel with no way to get back in, they had forgotten to mention to us how to get access and the out of hours number listed on the main outside door was wrong! Oh and the breakfast was poor.

There is very little we liked about this hotel, it was run down and in disrepair. The only part that was any good was the view from the room.
