Twice knocked on my room door on the last day morning, once by the staff who’s asking whether we used minibar, another one was by the cleaning lady which was by mistake. These were really bothering since the check out time was still far. For a four star hotel, this is an unacceptable harassment.

Its location is great, and the staffs in the front desk are helpful.

Bathroom a little dated. Curtains could not be drawn properly and were therefore not easy to block out the morning light.

Central location and exceptionally friendly staff. Hotel lobby area has an opulent feel about it. Excellent value for money.

The interior decoration gives you a good first impression of the facilities. The room has the enough amount of space. Did not try the breakfast or a la carte services. The staff was friendly.

We stayed at the ground level and it was very hard to sleep due to the noise comming from the street. Early in the morning, at 5.30-6.00 a.m. a track was parked near our window and for 1-2 hours the driver was unloading crates of bottles. The windows were not sealed and the heating system was inneficient. It was very cold inside the room....

The location of the hotel was very good, near to main attractions of the city. The room was clean, the bed was confortable and the breakfast was variate and tasty.

The bath tub was quite slippery, as there was no anti-slip mat.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and you have a lot of choice on the buffet. Hotel is centrally located to a lot of attractions.

Our room was on the side street adjacent to a loading bay. We were woken during the night a few times and also from pedestrian noise as it was ground level.

The location was perfect for us to explore Copenhagen as it was our first visit.

Shower into the bath. The bath was very high to step into and out of and slippery. Not great for the older guest. Cereal for breakfast was awful. Just a few sugary choices. Breakfast coffee was awful.

The property was in a great position for walking everywhere, and proximity to local railway. Breakfast was ok. There was a coffee machine in the room, but only an urn of coffee at breakfast.

Ideal location. Friendly and polite staff. On arrival was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Emailed beforehand and asked if the room had a kettle, was advised each room had a Nespresso machine but they accommodated us by also providing a kettle. Comfy beds.

WI-FI service was easy to use, but accessibility was not stable. The connection was not good.

Nearby areas which accounting firms, law firms, consulting companies. Good access to Nyhavn. Typical “Scandinavian” arrangements of breakfast (ex. Breads, cheese, ham, vegetable, coffee machine, in addition to tea, etc). No surprise and you can enjoy it. Friendly staffs. We can see clean room and lobby and so on.

It's an old hotel and you notice that. It's not necessarily a bad thing but the tilted floors are a tiny bit annoying.

Good location and quiet. The bed was soft and the room was warm and clean.

Curtains didn’t cover the whole window which let in light and not great when travelling with a baby. The bed was just two beds pushed together which meant a huge gap in the middle. Many steps into the hotel which wasn’t great with a pushchair.

Room was spacious. Nice nespresso machine but paper cups rather than reusable ones. Paper cups not replaced after use. Hotel in general was very nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely and very fresh.

Location is excellent. Clean rooms, good breakfast. A very friendly young lady behind the reception helped us to prepare a bicycle tour around town.
