The bathroom is a bit smelly for my first night but it’s gone after they cleaned the next day.

I like everything. The location is super convenient, it’s close to many attractions. The price is consider reasonable for me. The room is a bit small. It’s warm inside especially the heating floor in the bathroom. They cleaned the room and change towels everyday which I think it’s not necessary but very happy they did it. The food and cocktails from restaurant downstairs is very good but a bit pricey. The staffs are friendly and polite.

Minor details - for example, the door of the bathroom was partially blocked by an armchair. However, nothing important and I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent - near Kongens Nytorv square and metro station, very easy to reach from the airport and in walking range of all main attractions. Our room was a twin bed (as requested), maybe a little small, but we didn't spend much time in the room so this was not a problem. The room was quiet and the heating worked properly. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Overall, an excellent choice for visiting Copenhagen.

Breakfast was according to previous guest fantastic so I had high hopes but got very disappointed. The bread was a bakers dream but the it stooped, limited amount of spread and veggies And an old coffee machine with powder milk !! in a hotel with four star is not what I expected.

Location is great, close to more or less everything in the centre of Copenhagen. The bed is a dream, and room is cosy and clean. Coffee machine in the room is a great service The room was tiny but enough for one person.

- smallest bed ever! never seen anything like that for double room and when I asked to give a bit bigger bed for us , because I’m 198 cm they said that will charge +100€! this is nonsense!

All the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms clean, tidy and warm. Great location and the Metro stations were only a few minutes away

Breakfast room was lacking some atmosphere. No greeting from staff just sit down and serve yourself. Some music and guidance to a table would have been nice.

Cosy double was lovely. Perfect size really for weekend exploring. Location was brilliant. Very accessible to all the touristy places. Breakfast was also very nice.

I am nitpicking here but it would have been nice to have a 24 hr room service menu, even if it was just a few sandwiches. 9.30pm is a little early to end RS and if you have a late flight you might go hungry. Also it would have been nice to have some screening on the windows so that you can have privacy without shutting the curtains.

The location of the hotel was superb. Just around 300m from the palace in one direction and the same to Nyhavn the opposite. Lots of great shops and restaurants within metres. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi was fast (60mb average) and reliable. Nice big bathtub in room with plenty of piping hot water. Room service was superb, efficient and some of the best food we've ever had in a hotel room (especially the burger and the chocolate brownie!) Staff all helpful, friendly and we got good communication also when making email requests and queries between booking and arrival. Overall an extremely positive experience that I can highly recommend.

road noise, if youre a light sleeper make sure you ask for a room not on the main road. We did have an issue with housekeeping removing something of ours from our room they shouldnt have, but it was dealt with kindly and well and we were compensated, so fair play. Like everrywhere in copenhaged it’s CRAZY expensive, 2 cocktails £30 odd. Not much choice for food in bar of an evening. Some smaller simpler options would be good.
