The food at the buffet wasn’t the best and they didn’t have a lot of condiments to choose from. The restaurants were hard to reserve. The room service will take FOREVER to bring you anything to your room (water, towels etc.) They don’t provide face towels. After your room is cleaned, be prepared to come back to a clean but mosquito infested room. The shower leaks into the sink area. The staff will get attitudes with you if you ask for water. Hardly anyone there spoke English. The timeshare people walking around in orange tshirts are aggressive and sometimes rude.

My husband and I love that this resort is right off the salty beach. Although wildlife is walking around (flamingos, peacocks etc.) the resort remains super clean everywhere. Service was good. The pool was always clean and cool (never too hot) Room looks exactly like pictures

Bouffet menu lacked variety. Our toilet flooded, the remote was not working at the start and the safe stopped working.

The activities, especially the salsa and aqua aerobics. The food was amazing.

We had a few flying bugs that we would find from time to time in our room and the Royal Holiday staff that tries to talk you into getting their time share package.

The Caribe Deluxe was exactly what we needed, very relaxing and clean. The food was good, but the meal we booked at the Platinum Restaurant On-site was awesome! We enjoyed the spa and all of the amenities. The staff was friendly.

No nightlife, the shows end at 10:00 and not much happening after that and the pools close at 6 PM, we need a pool that is open at night.

The property is amazing, the rooms are spacious and the commons areas are beautiful and clean. Joan is amazing, you can find him around all the pool areas all day.

The only complaint I had was the weak liquor but the is honestly something that I expect at an all inclusive resort

Overall , My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The food was wayyyy better than I expected . The staff was friendly and always around to answer questions . The beach is super close to the hotel. I would stay here again

The food in the Buffet area was not very palatable. In some cases the presentation was poor and lacked seasoning. Also way too many folks trying to sell something...from massages to boat cruises to tours and time shares. It's borderline harrassment.

Nice clean room. Friendly helpful staff especially Silbe in the main Dining area. The grounds and wildlife are stunning.

Food was ok but not amazing, small room bathroom with really bad flush and doors not closing seems like they ran out of budget when making the bath area. Cold hut tubs, beach chairs uncomfortable , service with bad/ odd mood just a few people were truly friendly.

Needs better access to bar menus (maybe QR codes), show program of week/day activities in multiple places, improve meat and cake quality at Food Market, improve wifi connectivity in the room

Great lobby area, easy access to bars at the pool or beach, wild animals around is a nice touch, very good breakfast, enjoyed dinner at the Dominican Restaurant

I didn't like that some wait staff at the Food Market seemed annoyed to assist with requests like extra napkins or hot water for tea.

The variety of cuisines in the different restaurants. The reservations staff were amazing. Nina and the El Pilon staff made sure my vegan needs were met with my own dinner menu. The food at the Beachhouse was consistently amazing. Alberto and Daniel at Tao were so friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and cozy. The lobby bar waitress in blonde hair (didn't remember her name) was an absolute darling. Javier at the bar outside Tao was great.

The rooms are not cleaned very well daily, and you have to ask to change the towels all the time or they won’t change it. The staff are not very friendly, unless you tip them, they will treat you differently. The food is ok, not bad but not awesome. The Italian Restaurant is everything but Italian lol

There’s no designated smoking spot, and as a non smoker it can get frustrating when I’m trying to enjoy my time and it’s ruined by the smell of smoke. I don’t mind if people smoke, I’d just prefer they were more considerate of other people who possibly don’t want to smell their second hand smoke. The food was delicious every night, however they sometimes weren’t labelled correctly and they could use some more vegan/ vegetarian options for people who don’t eat meat.

The location was absolutely perfect, right by the beach and steps from the pool. The staff were all absolutely wonderful.

Limited variety of food and very crowded at the buffet. Was charged more than what was confirmed when booked. Poor staff service at the buffet and very foward for tips. Room service was not included and it is not stated when booking. Night shows were nice.

The shuttle service, check in and out was very quick. The kids enjoyed the variety of activities, snack, icecream.
